I've been shopping at Bodybuilding Warehouse for quite some time, and although I haven't had any problems with the products I've bought, their delivery service is not up to scratch. I decided to go for the BW unlimited next day delivery option, but the items aren't sent out until about 4 to 5 days after I've placed the order. It's really annoying to have to wait that long, especially when you're paying more for a faster delivery. On top of that, when I've tried to get in touch with them for help, they haven't responded quickly or sometimes not at all.
Protein powder purchase
I recently purchased some protein powder and it was absolutely fantastic. The delivery was really speedy and the prices were excellent. Also, the cookies and cream flavour was spot on - not too sweet, just perfect. I will definitely be purchasing more from this place.

Serious Gainz 5KG Vanilla
I recently got my hands on the Serious Gainz 5KG Vanilla from this shop. The delivery took a bit longer than I'd hoped, but it did come within the company's estimated time frame. I had a question about my order, so I dropped an email to their customer service team, but unfortunately, I didn't hear back from them, which was a tad disappointing. It looks like I'm not alone in having issues with their customer service, as I've spotted similar complaints in other reviews. Despite the communication problems, the product itself seems to be pretty decent. The taste, on the other hand, didn't quite meet my expectations as it seemed a bit artificial. But, seeing as it was almost half the price of a similar product from another brand, I guess it's a case of "you get what you pay for." Value for money protein powder
The protein powder I bought is really good value for money, although the taste isn't the greatest compared to other brands I've tried. Still, for the price, it's much better than some of the other options out there. I usually go for a pricier brand like Serious Mass ON, but this product is a good choice for anyone looking to save some cash.

Been using BBW for a while and products seem decent at a fair price but unfortunately I made a mistake with a order I emailed them immediately as you can't talk to anyone and received no reply after sending 2 emails then I received an email saying they had sent my order the one that I wanted to cancel still had no communication about the wrong order they are very quick to take your money but customer service appalling in the future I will shop local I may end up paying a bit more but at least they will care about there customers and at least have the decency to reply to emails

To be honest, I was really impressed with the prices of the protein supplements I bought, but the delivery service just let me down big time. Even though I shelled out for priority delivery, it still took them more than 8 days to get my order to me, which I find totally unacceptable. Not only was the service bad, but the prices at Bodybuilding Warehouse are sky high. Charging £39.99 for a 1kg tub of whey concentrate is outrageous. Even with discount codes, the final price remains steep. It makes me question why they bother offering discounts when the original prices are already so inflated.
