I was really upset with the terrible customer service from this company. I bought some CBD oil for my dog who was unwell, but it never showed up. I tried to contact customer service multiple times, but never heard back. It's really disappointing to be ignored when you need help, especially when it's about your pet's health. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company - better to find a more trustworthy source for CBD products.
