Proper relief after ages
slept better that night and could twist without the usual wince. Feels weirdly rare to find someone who delivers like that, so I'm planning to go back regularly. Felt proper reassured and pleasantly surprised.
Not coming back, thanks
I won’t be returning after how they handled a last-minute reschedule. I’ve had a few removal sessions there and the actual treatments were fine, so I went back because, well, it worked. Then the reminder text arrived the day before my appointment with a policy that says pay £25 for a 48–24 hour change, and the full cost if you change within 24 hours. I had a genuine problem and asked to move it — nothing wild — and instead of a bit of sympathy I got a brusque reply basically telling me to “go elsewhere.” That felt unnecessary and a bit rude. Policies are one thing, but using them to shut a door on someone who’s spent money and come back a few times feels harsh. I get running a business, sure, but some flexibility would’ve been nice. I’m a bit miffed, honest. My tip: check the cancellation small print before you book and maybe mention you’re a repeat client if you can; it might help, or it might not. I’d rather spend my money where they don’t snap at you.

packaging seemed solid and the products looked genuine, which was reassuring, but a couple of items were missing and one was the wrong variant. That wrong-item moment was the one detail that annoyed me most — not because mistakes happen, but because of the back-and-forth that followed. The seller initially insisted I had ordered what he’d sent, which was frustrating and felt a bit like being gaslit; you know, "that’s what you ordered" even though my order and his website screenshot said otherwise. After I sent proof (screenshots and the receipt) he did agree to send the missing items and an exchange. It took a long time — a month of chasing and ambiguous replies — but, to be fair, once I kept at it he did resolve most of it and the replacements arrived in decent condition. So, the positive I’ll highlight is the product quality and the eventual willingness to make it right; the packaging and the actual creams themselves were good and that counts for a lot. Still, the communication and initial attitude left me annoyed and cautious — I’ve told a couple of friends about the brand but warned them to double-check everything and be prepared to push if something’s wrong. Overall I’m mildly satisfied with the end result, though I’d recommend others only buy if they’re prepared for a slow, slightly irritating process and if they don’t mind chasing customer service.
