Unique baby cream
I recently ordered a baby cream from Chemist.net and I have to say, I was very impressed with the service I received. Despite being a bit hesitant at first due to some negative reviews, my experience turned out to be fantastic. This cream was quite unique and I couldn't find it in stock anywhere else in the UK. I placed my order on February 27th and made the payment. To my surprise, I got an order confirmation almost right away, followed by another email just 20 minutes later saying my item had been dispatched, along with a tracking number.
The website said it would take 3 days for delivery, but to my delight, the package was at my door by 8.15 am the very next morning, on February 28th. The speed and efficiency of the delivery far exceeded my expectations. I must say, I am very pleased with the fast and reliable service from Chemist.net.Vitamins and supplements

I just ordered something and it came broken, but when I got in touch with customer service, they sorted it out fast and sent me a new one right away. The service I got was top-notch, they were really helpful and quick to fix the problem. Also, the prices were good and they had a wide range of products to pick from, which was great.
Iron tablets purchase
I bought some iron tablets from this company not too long ago, but it wasn't a great experience, to be honest. I think this company might be up to no good because of the problems I had. First off, the address on the package was wrong, so I had to go to the Royal Mail office to pick it up, which was a pain. Then, when I finally opened it, I found painkillers instead of the iron tablets I wanted. That mix-up really worries me and makes me wonder if this company is actually legit.
Glass bottles delivery
I recently bought some glass medicine bottles, but they arrived all smashed up because they weren't packaged properly. I spent £100 on them and was really gutted when they turned up in such a state.
Prescription medication purchase
I had some trouble with my prescription because of my GP, but the company were really helpful and kept me updated on what was going on. They managed to sort out my prescription by 5pm, and I was pleasantly surprised when my medication showed up the very next day. I really appreciate the excellent service they gave me.
A common shop
Just a common shop, original products, in fact I didn't use Chemist that much.

Thickener for baby's milk
I ordered a thickener for my baby's milk from this website because it was on offer and promised delivery within two days. However, after they took my payment, I didn't actually receive the product until nearly two weeks later. I sent three emails to ask for an update, but I got responses that were quite delayed and didn't give me a clear answer. In the end, I had to ask for a refund, which also took over a week to sort out. All in all, it was a really frustrating experience and I won't be using this site again.

I ordered something online but it never arrived. I tried getting in touch with them but they completely ignored me. Honestly, I'd advise against buying from them!
Wrong tablets received
I've recently bought some tablets from an online chemist, but they sent me the wrong ones. I've emailed them three times to let them know and ask for a refund, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's really disappointing because getting the wrong medication is not safe and shows that they're not being responsible. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
Prescription order delay
I put in an order for a prescription back in February and I made sure to send over the necessary medical certificate to their freepost address. The problem was, they took absolutely ages to process my order which was really frustrating. Even after numerous emails and a proper complaint, they only got back to me at the end of May. Eventually, they agreed to refund me but cheekily left out the cost of the medical certificate.
Prescription requirement
I can't believe that in this day and age a company would ask for a physical prescription to be sent before sending out goods. What a hassle and waste of time! It's 2022, not 1922! After seeing other reviews, it looks like I avoided a problem by not going through with my purchase. Definitely best to steer clear of this company.
Missing expensive items
I've been shopping at Chemist.net for a while and I must say, my last order has really let me down. They claim to triple-check before sending out orders, but two of the priciest medications were missing from my latest delivery. I've tried reaching out to them, but they haven't been responsive to my calls or emails. It's really disappointing to see them drop the ball like this, especially with their rebranding going on. This whole situation has made me doubt their honesty and dedication to customer service.

Painful wait for order
I ordered something 6 weeks ago and I still haven't received it! I've been sending them loads of emails and calling them so many times, but it seems like they don't really care. They never respond to my emails, rarely answer the phone, and never return my calls after I leave a message. The only time someone picked up, they claimed my order was sent to the wrong address and promised to resend it, but I have a feeling they were just trying to brush me off!
Health products
I recently bought some health products from this company and I was really disappointed with the whole experience. The way the company communicated was really bad, and it was so hard to get in touch with them when I had a problem with my order. They didn't manage to fulfill my entire order, and on top of that, they refunded me less money than I had paid originally. They didn't even explain why. I definitely wouldn't suggest doing business with them because of their lack of transparency and terrible customer service.
