I put it on my desk thinking it would brighten the corner — that was the idea. What arrived was tiny, mostly thin plastic stems and a couple of decent-looking fronds stuck in a pot. It’s usable if you squint and keep it at arm’s length, but it definitely isn’t what the pictures showed. The packaging was fine and one leaf even looked quite natural, which was oddly reassuring, but most of it feels cheap and flimsy. I use faux plants to avoid watering and to make my home office look lived-in, so I was surprised how underwhelming this was. Also, the ordering process seemed normal, so I’m left wondering if the site is being misused or if their product pages are just misleading. Tried to get a proper explanation but responses were vague. Overall — not the worst fake plant, but not worth the expectation.
Finally someone who helps my back
I honestly wondered if another therapist would make any difference — I’d already seen a few people and was a bit sceptical. Rang up and they fitted me in within 48 hours after work, which was handy. The session was straightforward and professional, full hour once I’d changed, no rush, and no pushy re-booking. I noticed less pain and better movement straight away, which surprised me. Holly was clear about what she was doing and just got on with it, kept things calm. I’m relieved and I’ll be booking regular sessions now. If you’re doubtful like I was, it’s worth trying, just check the times suit you — that helped me stick with it.
Mixed results — good treatment, poor handling
a small charge if you change within 48–24 hours and supposedly the full cost if you move it with less than 24 hours’ notice. Something unavoidable came up and I needed to reschedule. I explained that I’m a repeat client and asked for a bit of leeway. The reply I got was curt and dismissive — basically told me not to come back. That felt unnecessary and unprofessional. For anyone wondering about the experience: physically the procedure is fine, you’ll be looked after during treatment, but don’t expect flexibility with last-minute changes. My advice — clarify the cancellation terms before you book and, if you’re likely to need to move appointments, maybe call them first. It’s a shame, I spent decent money there and expected better handling.
A long, slow unravel
I was halfway through a small jar when I noticed the lid wasn’t sitting right and cream had crusted around the rim — that’s where this whole mess properly began. I’d seen the brand on a beauty blog and a mate had nudged me to try it, so I ordered directly from their site thinking it’d be straightforward. The pot felt lovely on my skin at first, but it didn’t take long to realise the texture was wrong — watery, patchy, and leaking from the cap. Not how a rich face cream should behave at all.
