a small charge if you change within 48–24 hours and supposedly the full cost if you move it with less than 24 hours’ notice. Something unavoidable came up and I needed to reschedule. I explained that I’m a repeat client and asked for a bit of leeway. The reply I got was curt and dismissive — basically told me not to come back. That felt unnecessary and unprofessional. For anyone wondering about the experience: physically the procedure is fine, you’ll be looked after during treatment, but don’t expect flexibility with last-minute changes. My advice — clarify the cancellation terms before you book and, if you’re likely to need to move appointments, maybe call them first. It’s a shame, I spent decent money there and expected better handling.
A long, slow unravel
I was halfway through a small jar when I noticed the lid wasn’t sitting right and cream had crusted around the rim — that’s where this whole mess properly began.
