I saw them on my mate’s Instagram and thought I’d try. Placed order 78214 before Christmas and paid for express. Item only turned up yesterday. Customer service? Total silence — chat, email and WhatsApp all ignored. It’s odd. Not cheap stuff either, so the lack of reply annoys more than the delay. I told a friend about it anyway, awkward but true, sadly.
Tiny escape, big result
I almost baulked at booking — as a mum, and will it be one of those salesy sessions? Turns out I fitted it between school run and shopping and Kristina was lovely, not pushy. The green coffee sculpt felt odd but relaxed me proper, helped my back after carrying toddlers all week. Left feeling lighter and glad I gave myself a break. I’ll definitely book again, a proper treat, a bit smug.
Not worth the fuss
Don't bother — that's my take. Midway through a call about their "health check" I realised the report was mostly guesswork aimed at selling pricey supplements. I showed them clear evidence the recommendations were wrong; crickets. Worse, you're nudged onto a premium-rate complaint line that feels designed to put you off ringing. I've chased this over about ten calls and mostly been fobbed off. Other firms have mucked up before but at least answered properly. Bit annoyed, a little bemused, won't be back.
Nice on skin, rubbish aftercare
So I gave this a go about a month ago after a sweaty gym session — first impression was actually good, it smelled pleasant and went on really smoothly. A few hours later I got a proper itchy rash though, which I didn't expect. I rang them and they basically refused a refund, saying nobody else complained and nothing changed in the formula, so they won't help. That bit annoyed me most — felt brushed off. Oddly enough the texture and packaging felt premium, so mixed feelings, but I'd be wary now.
Wrong scent, wrong service
I was sitting with my son when he opened the parcel for me. I’ve limited mobility, so that’s how things go. The oil itself felt fine in the hand. The bottle looked darker than I expected and the smell was a bit off — not fresh. On my skin it didn’t glide the way a good rosehip oil usually does; it felt a touch heavy and a bit stubborn. I wanted a nice, light facial oil, so that was a disappointment.
I phoned customer services and spoke to someone called Silvia. That bit left a sour taste. She suggested, quite bluntly, that the bottle I’d been sent might not even have come from their online shop. I told her that wasn’t possible and that I’m not trying to be difficult. It felt dismissive. I asked for a replacement or a refund and then waited. No proper reply came.
I’ve since spoken to Trading Standards and was told that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the product should be satisfactory and fit for purpose. Fair enough. I’d advise anyone in the same boat to take photos when you open the parcel and be firm about a replacement. It’s not perfect, but the oil could be fine if you get a fresh batch.
