    Small win, big caveats

no faffing about with big breakfasts, just the routine of a capsule and a planned light lunch. That routine fit into my day, which mattered.
But it’s not all roses. The plan is extremely strict — so strict that little things stand out. You end up counting slices of cucumber and feeling odd about not being allowed a slither of avocado. That level of restriction felt like starvation at times; I lost 3–4 kg in the first month but a lot of it was clearly down to low calories rather than anything miraculous in the product. It worked, in the short term, for weight loss. It’s convenient and the packaging/ordering was straightforward, delivery was reliable, and the marketing really is sharp.
What soured things a bit was the community side. When I raised questions publicly I didn’t get answers so much as pushback from moderators and some other fans — a couple of comments came off quite defensive, even hostile. My honest review on their own site didn’t appear, while their public-facing reviews skewed all five stars; that felt disingenuous. I also saw a slow, defensive reply from the company years after I posted, which didn’t address all my concerns.
So where does that leave me? Practically useful as a short-term kickstart: it’s simple to slot into your daily life and noticeable results do happen quickly. But sustainability is a problem — the menu is too restrictive for normal living, and that community policing and opaque review handling are red flags. If you’re looking for a brief, structured push and you’re mentally prepared for a tight regime, you might be satisfied like I was on day 21. If you want a long-term, balanced approach, this is probably not it.
In short: a useful tool for a temporary boost, clever marketing, decent delivery and ordering, but service and transparency need real work — and expect to reintroduce proper food if you want the results to stick.

    Bought hope, ended up wary

the doubts didn’t vanish, they came true. Within days I felt washed out and dizzy, and it wasn’t just me. People in the group talked about fainting or having to stop because they were literally unable to get through the day — and if you question anything, or say you’re struggling, the post disappears and you get quietly kicked out. I watched comments vanish. One member shared a hospital story and that post was gone within hours. When I raised concerns about the ingredients I was met with condescension — “where’d you get that? lol” — not a real answer. The pills felt like little placebo promises; unopened bottles are still in my cupboard because I wouldn’t risk giving them to a friend. It’s not just the product — it’s the way dissent is handled, and the pressure to carry on and praise the programme even when your body signals stop. That part made me properly angry. On the upside, stopping and getting proper medical advice was the best thing I did; I’m recovering now, and frankly I feel relieved I pulled out when I did. So am I satisfied? Not with the company or the product — absolutely not — but I’m satisfied I listened to my own doubts in the end, and that I warned others. If you’re considering this because you’re desperate like I was, take a breath and talk to a professional first. There’s a real risk here, and the community management makes honest discussion almost impossible.
