Turned up in the end, but what a faff 4 March 2026

it arrived eventually, so relieved, but the whole thing was a mess. I needed the product because my lower back had been playing up and I was hoping to try something to help — hence I ordered it in the first place. Right after ordering there was no confirmation, no tracking, nothing, yet my card was charged. A couple of weeks later I even got an email asking me to review the item I hadn’t received. I told them that, and only after a fair bit of back-and-forth did they say the parcel had been returned as “insufficient address” and asked for my details again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, resent my address, asked repeatedly for tracking and set a clear deadline for a resolution. Silence mostly, but then, after about a month, the parcel turned up. So yeah, I’m glad it arrived and it does seem to do what I hoped for, which is a relief for my back. Still, the communication was poor and the delay was unnecessary, so I won’t be relying on them next time. A thankful ending, but not impressed by the process.
