I was a little surprised by the negative reviews initially, but as a new customer, I decided to give it a try and ordered a workout package. The product info on Amazon was all wrong about the size and weight of the item. When I contacted customer service, they were really unhelpful and said they don't handle the listings on Amazon. Can you believe it? They told me to be more careful next time. But, the protein powders are really good quality, not fatty at all, and taste great.

Oh man, I'm really frustrated with this Protein powder situation. I ordered my favourite flavour on the 31st, and it's been 12 days now with no sign of my order. I got in touch with them and all they said was, "sorry, we don't have an estimated delivery time, tough luck!" I mean, how annoying is that? I even asked for a refund, but they told me to reject the order and wait another 30 days for a refund. What on earth is that all about? I've been a loyal customer for ages, and this is how they treat me? So disappointed. ESN, one of their competitors, managed to get my order to me in just 3 days. Optimum Nutrition really needs to step up their game.

I ordered some whey protein from this company not too long ago, and honestly, I've been really disappointed with the whole experience. I had to wait for more than a week for my order to show up, only to end up with nothing but frustration. I tried to get in touch with customer service a few times, but all I got back were unhelpful and pretty uncaring responses. The way this company has handled things lacks professionalism and any sense of accountability, it's really quite shocking.
When I finally managed to speak to someone, they were dismissive and couldn't give me any solid info about where my delivery was. And when I asked for a refund because of their mess up, they pretty heartlessly turned me down. The fact that they won't own up to their mistakes reflects really badly on how much they actually care about their customers and stick to their word.

And to top it all off, the customer service rep I was speaking to hung up on me and is now ignoring me completely. It's been really disappointing and a big waste of both time and money.

The customer service at this company is really poor. Even though there's a customer care number and an option to check order status on the website, it seems like no one is around to help with any issues. It's been 10 days since I placed my order and the shipment information still shows as NA on the website. I also emailed customer support but haven't heard back from them. This level of inefficiency is just not on, it's totally unacceptable and has left me feeling really frustrated and disappointed with the service overall.

After a good experience with the site before, I had a frustrating time buying the Serious Mass supplement recently. I used PayPal to order but got no confirmation. I tried again with no luck. Finally, I used my debit card and got a confirmation, but all three orders were charged to my account. I called the Ireland office but got no reply, just a recorded message about a meeting. I then contacted the Dutch office, who sent me to Germany where they said the orders had already been sent. The Irish office later apologised for the inconvenience but didn't explain why I couldn't reach them by phone. I asked for my issue to be raised, but haven't heard back. This whole thing showed me that the customer service and website functionality need a lot of improvement.

I recently bought the Optimum Nutrition Essential Amin.O. Energy in orange flavour and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. The silica pouch had split, causing the product to clump up and be unusable. I contacted customer support with all the details and photos, but they haven't been much help. The team has been ignoring my messages and suggesting I still use the spoiled product. This is not great considering the product was nearly expired, with just 3 months left out of its 20-month shelf life. All in all, my experience with Optimum Nutrition has been really disappointing in terms of both support and product quality.
