5kg whey protein purchase
I recently received a 5kg bag of whey protein that was delivered in a severely tampered condition. To my surprise, the package only contained two free gifts and no actual product. Although I raised a complaint about this issue, I have not received any response from customer service. My attempts to contact them via email and phone have been unsuccessful. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care for their customers and the misleading information they provided.
Over £100 order placed
I recently splashed out over £100 on an online purchase, but I've hit a snag - the items never turned up. I've tried getting in touch with customer support several times, but I've had no luck getting any help or even an update on what's going on. Can you believe it? They told me to be more careful next time. But, the protein powders are really good quality, not fatty at all, and taste great.

Oh man, I'm really frustrated with this Protein powder situation. I ordered my favourite flavour on the 31st, and it's been 12 days now with no sign of my order. I got in touch with them and all they said was, "sorry, we don't have an estimated delivery time, tough luck!" I mean, how annoying is that? I even asked for a refund, but they told me to reject the order and wait another 30 days for a refund. What on earth is that all about? I've been a loyal customer for ages, and this is how they treat me? So disappointed. ESN, one of their competitors, managed to get my order to me in just 3 days. Optimum Nutrition really needs to step up their game.

I bought some Whey protein, but when it arrived, I was shocked to see that the product was not sealed and was 16 months old, weighing only 2.27Kg instead of the 4Kg I ordered. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare. Even after I gave them all the evidence they needed, I haven't heard back from them for weeks. The customer service at this company is really poor. Even though there's a customer care number and an option to check order status on the website, it seems like no one is around to help with any issues. After a good experience with the site before, I had a frustrating time buying the Serious Mass supplement recently. I used PayPal to order but got no confirmation. I tried again with no luck. Finally, I used my debit card and got a confirmation, but all three orders were charged to my account. I called the Ireland office but got no reply, just a recorded message about a meeting. I then contacted the Dutch office, who sent me to Germany where they said the orders had already been sent. The Irish office later apologised for the inconvenience but didn't explain why I couldn't reach them by phone. I asked for my issue to be raised, but haven't heard back. This whole thing showed me that the customer service and website functionality need a lot of improvement.

I recently bought the Optimum Nutrition Essential Amin.O. Energy in orange flavour and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. The silica pouch had split, causing the product to clump up and be unusable. I contacted customer support with all the details and photos, but they haven't been much help. The team has been ignoring my messages and suggesting I still use the spoiled product. This is not great considering the product was nearly expired, with just 3 months left out of its 20-month shelf life. I ordered a 2.5kg whey protein pack online, but when it arrived, it was the wrong brand of protein. The box was already opened and instead of protein it was filled with wheat flour. It's been a whole month now and I still haven't got my money back from this company.
