I must say, I've come across these prenatal multivitamins with Omega-3, and they seem to be the best option out there for pregnant ladies. I think having Omega-3 in them is really important during pregnancy, which is why I really like that these vitamins contain it. I decided to go for the monthly delivery service, and even though it doesn't save me much money, it's been so handy. I don't have to stress about going to the store every month because the vitamins arrive on time before I finish my current batch. All in all, I'm happy with the product and would definitely recommend it to those who can splash out a bit.
Oh, and just a little tip – I'd recommend adding some extra vitamin D and C to your routine alongside these vitamins because I found the amounts in these ones were a bit low for my needs.Weight loss supplement
Well, I bought a weight loss supplement a little while back and I must say, I haven't seen any changes yet. I was really hoping for some amazing results by now, but unfortunately, nothing so far.
