lovely experience shopping from Delores
During one of my visits to my doctor for a check-up, he recommended I added enough vitamins, and minerals to my diet. I am very intentional about my health, therefore, I started looking out for supplements that contained these nutrients that I could buy. After carrying out my findings online, I came across Vitamist. I decided to shop from them. They have not just a supplement but an oral spray kind of supplement. I placed an order for spray vitamin, mineral, and herbal supplement and it was delivered to me within 3 days. I am happy with their product and will shop from them again. Bought a health supplement spray
I can't believe how awful the customer service was from this company. I ordered a health supplement spray and had to wait over a month without getting it. I sent several emails but got no response. It's shocking that they took my money but didn't deliver the product. The lack of care and decency is just not on.
Vitamins and supplements
Hi there, I wanted to share my recent experience as a customer at Vitamist. I bought some vitamins and supplements but was really let down by the customer service. It's been nearly two weeks now and I haven't got my order or any update on when it will arrive. I've tried emailing and chatting online with them, but haven't had any luck getting a response or a solution. The lack of communication has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service from this company. I'm thinking about getting my bank to help me get a refund as I haven't been able to sort it out with Vitamist. This whole thing has put me off using or recommending them in the future.
Fish oil supplements
I had a terrible time trying to get in touch with this company. I sent them three messages and each time the replies were really disappointing. The first one just had one word, which I thought was quite rude. Then, the next two times, they didn't even bother to respond to my important question about testing their fish oils for Mercury. This makes me question how open and dedicated they are to providing good quality. So, I've decided not to buy anything from them.
Leaking products
I bought some stuff from this company not long ago and they all came leaking. I got in touch with them for help and they said they'd sort it out. But they never did and now they're not replying to my emails or messages on their chat. Honestly, I'm so let down by how unprofessional and unhelpful they've been.
B12 spray purchase
I ordered 2 bottles of B12 spray from this company, but I haven't heard anything from them and my items still haven't arrived. It's been 6 months now and I haven't had any updates or replies from customer support. I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and service I've received.
Delayed delivery
I bought something not long ago, but it took ages to arrive. I ordered it on the 12th of April, and it's still not here. They said they would send it again, but when I asked for updates, I got no reply. In the end, I had to open a dispute on PayPal to get my money back.
Ordered vitamins, paid, nothing sent
I ordered some vitamins online, but haven't received anything after paying for them. I've been trying to contact customer service with no luck. Feeling really let down and scammed! I'm going to have to speak to my bank to resolve this. I would recommend steering clear of this place for sure!
