it's no longer the reliable service I used to lean on, and that's a real problem for me. For a long time this was the quick, no-fuss option I relied on between lessons, meetings and the usual school chaos — a place to get a prescription reissued, a swift blood test or a simple diagnosis without having to book half a day off. Now it feels clunkier, slower and less safe for people who depend on it.
Unauthorised charge, eventually fixed
Be wary of their billing — at first I thought they’d taken money, but it was sorted in the end. I cancelled my account in April and didn’t expect any issues. Today I got an email saying I’d been moved onto the Ultra plan and money had left my account. My first call didn’t go well; the rep sounded unsure and the line was cut off. I called back later, someone actually investigated and refunded the charge. I’m still uneasy about how it happened and the lack of clear communication, but the refund made it acceptable. Worth keeping an eye on them.
Mixed feelings, poor support
I first heard about the GLP-1 programme through my employer and a colleague who swore it was worth a try. I’ve started dosing, the injections themselves are straightforward and not as scary as I expected, but everything else has been a mess. From day one I got mixed messages — one person said check‑in in week three, another said from week one after the first dose. No clinician ever walked me through what to expect, no real advice on likely side effects or how to titrate, just forms and requests to check in weekly even before my treatment began. The app won’t let me log in because their records say I haven’t received a prescription, despite having it in hand. So I’m following the regime mostly blind, which is worrying. There’s potential here, I’m genuinely interested, but the support has been incompetent and it undermines confidence.
