Setting up the account was a breeze, then the actual ordering bit wandered off into the weeds. The site kept showing free delivery, but refused to apply it, and the promo codes behaved like decorative buttons. I emailed several times over more than a week and mostly heard tumbleweed. In the end, email was basically the only way to get the advertised price without paying extra. Bit ridiculous for a straightforward order, honestly. Still, I’m glad it was eventually sorted, but it took far more patience than it should have.
Bathroom upgrade without the faff
It arrived when promised, and customer service answered my fitting question quickly. We use it daily in the bathroom; looks smart and feels properly solid.
