Garden weeder
I recently got myself a garden weeder, it's proper good value for the money! It arrived really quickly and the actual product is brilliant. I've been using it loads for my gardening business and it's still going strong. I'm well pleased with my buy!
Kitchen bin purchase
I found the whole ordering to delivery process really smooth and efficient. The kitchen bin I got is top-notch quality and fits perfectly in my kitchen, working just as they said it would. Ordering online was a breeze - super easy to find and buy what I was after. Also, my order arrived quickly and in mint condition. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I received from this company.
Garden table and bench covers
I recently bought some fantastic garden table and bench covers and they are just brilliant! They are really sturdy and fit really well. The grey colour goes perfectly with my furniture and they are top quality. On top of all that, they were a bargain too!
Platform purchase for elderly tasks

Stylish chairs
My chairs came really quickly and they look really cool in my room. Unfortunately, one of the chairs didn't arrive in the post, but VonShef quickly sent a replacement. They're brilliant!
Non-delivery of purchased item
I've given the tracking number and been asked for feedback twice, but still haven't got my cover. My phone is playing up and I can't find my order number. The bank has said the payment went through, but the delivery still hasn't arrived.
Jack and Jill grey garden seat
I bought a Jack and Jill grey garden seat for my holiday home recently. The material is great for dealing with the coastal weather, which is important for where I am. But, I was a bit let down because there were no instructions with it. So, putting it together was way harder and took more time than I thought. After four hours of struggling, I finally got it sorted. Even though it was tough at the start, the seat is really nice and gives my outdoor area a lovely feel.
Hedge Trimmer
The first hedge trimmer I got was faulty, but VonShef sorted it out straight away and sent me a replacement that I'm really pleased with. Their customer service team was quick and helpful in fixing the problem, so now I'm totally happy with what I bought.
Efficient service and good product
The company's service was really efficient and I've had a good experience with the product up to now. I don't have any complaints about the ordering process or the service I received. However, I can't say much about how reliable the product is just yet, as it's still early days.
Cordless Hedge Trimmer with Spare Battery
I spotted the VonHaus cordless hedge trimmer on a website and thought I'd buy it, along with an extra battery. It had fantastic reviews, and I have to agree that it really is as good as they say. The trimmer is strong and simple to handle, which has made my hedge cutting a lot easier. The spare battery was useful too and a nice bonus. I'm really happy with my purchase overall.
Garden furniture purchase
I recently bought some garden furniture from this company and I'm really happy with it. The chairs, cushions, and footstools are top-notch and have really spruced up my outdoor area. They're not just good-looking, but they're also super comfy to sit on. Even my guests have complimented them, which is a nice extra. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend this company to others.
BBQ grill
This BBQ grill is fantastic! I really like how you can adjust the height of the coals easily and check the temperature with the gauge. We've had a few BBQs with it already and they've all been really good. It was quite easy to put together too. I recommend getting a cover for it unless you've got a garage to store it in.
Garden Hose
I recently bought a garden hose from this company. The hose itself is really good quality and has been working well so far. However, I had a problem with the multi-jet spray gun as it was faulty. Despite this issue, I was happy with how quickly customer service got back to me. I sent an email to the company and they sorted it out fast, which I really appreciated. Angela in particular was a great help in sorting out a replacement for the faulty item. All in all, I've been really impressed with the service and how efficiently they dealt with my problem. It's clear that this company really knows what they're doing, and I'm thankful for such a positive experience. Thanks to everyone involved!
Orbital sander, missing parts
I bought this orbital sander, but when it arrived, it was missing the sanding pads and instructions. I was a bit disappointed, but I emailed customer service and they fixed it really quickly! They sent me the missing parts and I was able to start sanding straight away. The sander works really well and I'm pleased with how everything went. Thank you for the fantastic customer service!
Waterproof Gazebo
I got this waterproof gazebo from this company and it's really good quality. The poles and cover are strong and well put together. However, I was a bit gutted to find out that the Velcro straps were stitched into the fabric in a way that made little holes, causing water to leak in. Even though the whole thing is well-constructed, this was a bit of a disappointment. I was hoping for better attention to detail from a company that sells outdoor stuff.
Pole trimmer purchase with split handle
I bought the G-series cordless pole trimmer and an extra battery, but I'm really disappointed with the quality of the top adjustable handle. It's cracked by the tightening screw, and they won't replace it, only offering a refund instead. I think it's ridiculous that they can't just provide a replacement handle, especially when the 2-year warranty for parts is supposed to cover things like this.
Kitchenware purchase
The selection of products in this shop is really impressive, with lots of options at great prices. I bought some kitchenware recently and I was really happy with the quality. The items I got definitely work well and have gone beyond what I expected. I wouldn't think twice about shopping here again and I'd definitely suggest it to anyone in need of kitchenware.
Expensive dual BBQ with damaged parts
I bought a fancy new dual BBQ recently, but when it arrived, I was really disappointed. When I put it together, I discovered that some parts were dented and others were missing completely. This meant the lid wouldn't close properly and the thermometer wouldn't fit because the holes were in the wrong place. It was annoying to have to take it apart, pack it up, and wait around all day for the courier to come and collect it. This whole thing has been such a hassle and really stressful. Now I'm just waiting for my refund to come through.
Outdoor seat cover replacement
I always buy my seat covers from this place because they're really strong and such good quality. My old one was starting to look a bit worn out, so I went and got a new one from here. I haven't actually put it to use yet, but I reckon it's gonna be fantastic when I do.
Icecream Maker with compressor
I unfortunately lost my ice cream maker paddle in moving house. I contacted them to purchase another but they don't manufacture spare parts. So my 14 month, over £100 machine is now only fit for the bucket. Their 2 year warranty doesn't cover accidental damage or loss (which I did figure hence fact I wanted to purchase new paddle) Will never buy Vonhaus/Vonshef/Domu products again.
