I had my doubts before I clicked buy — their reviews looked decent, but I’m naturally sceptical and didn’t realise the shoes were coming from Poland until later. I ordered two pairs, same style, different sizes because online sizing is always a guess. The site worked fine and the confirmation came through, so I assumed the tricky part was over. When neither pair fit, that’s when the problems started. They required a UPS return and that cost me about £24 — annoying but not the end of the world. I followed every step they asked for. UPS tracking even showed the parcel reached their warehouse in Poland (that actually felt like a small win — surprising to see the scan). After that the confidence drained away. Emails mostly went unanswered, a couple got perfunctory replies, and now, nearly two years on, I’m still chasing roughly £240. Their customer service kept saying they hadn’t received the return, despite the tracking evidence. I’ve had smooth returns with other retailers, so this stands out as unusually slow and evasive. Not everything was a mess — ordering and tracking were okay — but the refund saga has left me frustrated and wary of returning to them.
Last-minute trainers that actually helped my back

The shoes themselves are proper comfy, broke in quickly and honestly made a difference when lugging boxes, so that was a big relief. The awkward bit was the exchange/refund process; I had to chase a couple of times because the replacement took ages and updates were scarce. Not ideal, and I rolled my eyes a bit, but after a few messages it did get resolved — slow, but sorted in the end, which I’m grateful for. Price felt fair for the quality, and packaging was fine. Would buy again, though I’d allow extra time for any after-sales faff. All in all, glad I went with them this time, the trainers did what I needed and my back thanked me for it.
