My wife a Shopaholic, her love for shoes is never ending. she told me about hotter and trust me, I think it's the best website for the variation as well as money purpose.
Burton shoes
I ordered a pair of shoes from hotter online. I had to return them because the style was not right for me. I just want to warn people that you have to pay for the postage in both directions, so it cost me £6.45 to try on a pair of shoes for 2 minutes. Email exchanges with customer services were unhelpful saying:
'We endeavour to make this information clear in our catalogues and online'.
As far as I am concerned it was not clear. When you don't have a Hotter shop to go to you don't have a choice... Well that is not strictly true... I choose never to use Hotter again. Absolute disgrace.Two pairs
Their shoes are being made in Portugal and India too.
You do not discover this until after your purchase.
The quality will suffer, they should be honest on their website
