I would like to mention one of you staff Members with praise, A (Manager) at Brent Cross his name is (Dwaine)
who was so professional and helpfull with me today from picking up the phone with my enquiries in the morning and putting shoes aside before i got to your shop as explained to him i lived in heartfordshire, and was worried they may go before i arrived as they was the last pair in the shop,. When i arrived i waiting outside the shop he had outstanding health and safety measures inplace. As he was maining the store at the front of the doors. I felt safe and shopped with only a few customers at a time. I would highly recommend this shop and appreciate his help today. Many thanks Dwaine. Mrs Bowe.collection of coolest sport shoes
sketchers are my only favorite website from where I am buying shoes and other stuff. but I highly recommend buying shoes from the website as you can get amazing collections and options at the cheapest price. try it, you will never regret it.
Boots (twice)
I lost 10 pounds in delivery fees for a product that ultimately didn’t feet. I will never try to buy shoes online unless they exchange for free. Better to try them in a shop (although the model was not available in my closest store)
Running Shoes
Sent the wrong item and size. You can only email via their site and they take up to 5 days to reply. After repeated attempts finally got a UPS returns label, but after 10 days am still waiting for a refund. They offered a discount and I took up the offer.
The new order was never updated for delivery - I wrote for an update (no other way to communicate with them) but had no response. The amount charged changed and the discount was removed, then reinstated. Then finally they cancelled the order but never communicated why. They have still not answered.
