Slip-on shoes purchased
I bought some slip-on shoes in Lisbon that made me slip on wet surfaces, but when I reached out to the company, they were really rude and asked for photos before agreeing to give me a voucher for the UK instead of my money back. It's so annoying dealing with all these post-Brexit non-EU rules.
Online shoe purchase
I bought a pair of shoes online not too long ago and I was really let down by how long they took to arrive. The website said they would come in 1-3 days, but they took much longer than that. I wasn't pleased at all and I thought the customer service was really poor. Because of this, I'm now a bit wary about buying from them again in the future.
Recent shoe purchase
I recently bought something from this company's online shop and chose to pick it up from their nearby store. But to be honest, the whole thing was a letdown. I got an email confirming that I could grab my order from outside, but when I arrived at the store, they told me they don't actually do that. The staff member I spoke to wasn't very helpful and didn't seem to know anything about how to pick up orders. After waiting around for ages, I eventually got my stuff, but with no apology or even a mention of the hassle I'd been through.
Running shoes
I was really hopeful about trying out this brand but they ended up disappointing me big time. The delivery was a complete disaster - they said it would come on Saturday but it didn't arrive until Monday. And to top it off, they sent it to a store instead of delivering it to my house. It's like they were misleading customers on purpose! I should have just gone with a third-party retailer like Zalando. Definitely won't be giving them another chance.
Wrong shoes, wrong size
I'm absolutely gobsmacked by how useless this company is! I asked for a particular style and size of shoes, and what do they do? They send me the total wrong ones! And to top it off, it took ages for them to give me my money back. It's as if they couldn't care less about the people buying from them. I'll never waste my money on their products again.
Recent shoe purchase
I popped into your store in Latham, NY the other day and got some help from a chap called Jaleek. I was after a particular shoe size but couldn't find it on the shelf or in the computer system. Jaleek was super helpful though, he had a look out the back and actually found the exact shoes I wanted. The other staff members were also really friendly and gave great customer service. All in all, it was a good experience and I'll definitely be coming back as a customer in the future. Cheers!
Men's lace casual shoes
I bought a pair of men's lace casual shoes recently, and I have to say, I am really disappointed with the quality. I've only been wearing them for a few months, a couple of hours a day, and both shoes are falling apart. The soles have detached from the shoe, and the thin outer layer is coming off. There's no visible stitching or adhesive keeping the soles on, which isn't great for shoes that are meant to last. The inner foam material is exposed, causing both shoes to leak as soon as they get wet. I'm currently trying to get a refund or a replacement from the retailer because these shoes just aren't cutting it. Despite the high price I paid, they feel cheaply made. I won't be buying from this brand again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Walking sandals
I bought a pair of walking sandals online the other day. When they arrived, I was gutted to see that they looked like they had been worn before. I sent them back right away, hoping for a refund, but they refused my request. Dealing with the customer service team was a nightmare, they weren't helpful at all and didn't seem to care about my problem. I was really disappointed and won't be buying anything from them again.
Super cool sneakers
I went to the shop with my mum to buy some new trainers and they had loads of great options. I chose a really cool pair that lights up when I walk. The staff were really friendly and helped me find the perfect size.
Leather Sandals
I bought a pair of leather sandals for around £80; they looked good and felt comfortable when I first got them. However, after only a year of wearing them lightly, the thong came off the sole, making them unusable. When I tried to contact customer service online, I was told to go to the store instead. The store asked for a receipt, but I don't keep receipts for casual buys. It's obvious these sandals are badly made and not worth the price. Don't bother getting them to save yourself the trouble.
Three pairs of summer style shoes
I went to the shop the other day and got helped out by a guy called Patrick, who was really good at customer service. I bought three pairs of summery shoes which were my favourite brand because they last a long time and are really comfy. I normally buy them a size smaller for a better fit. I'm not that keen on the new slip-on style, but that's just my personal taste. All in all, I was happy with my shopping trip at the store.
Multiple pairs of shoes
I've bought several pairs of shoes from this shop and although I really like the comfort and style of the shoes, I keep having the same problem with the shoelaces coming untied. I know how to tie my shoes properly, and I've never had this issue with other brands before. Even when I bought new shoelaces, the problem didn't go away. I'd appreciate it if this problem could be looked into and fixed before I think about switching to a different brand for my shoes.
Uncomfortable shoes
I bought a pair of shoes from this place not long ago, and I was really let down by the quality. They were so uncomfortable that they made my legs ache and sweat. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest getting shoes from here if you want comfort. And that rude comment about Skechers customers was totally unnecessary and offensive.
Running shoes
I bought some running shoes from this shop recently and the customer service was really disappointing. When I had a problem with my order and tried to get in touch with them, there wasn't even a phone number to call. Instead, I had to send an email and got a robotic reply saying it would take 5 days to hear back. That kind of customer service is just not on and it's made me think twice about shopping there again in the future.
Oversized shoes
I bought a pair of shoes recently, but they turned out to be too big for me when I tried them on at home. When I went back to the store to ask for a refund, the staff refused and accused me of wearing the shoes outside because of a small fragment on the tread. The manager wasn't available to talk as they were on a break, and all they gave me was an email address for customer services. The service was terrible, and it feels like they unfairly took my money that I worked hard for.
My mom's visit
So today my mum popped to the store, and you won't believe it - she got served by the manager during lunchtime. It turns out this lady called Felicity was proper rude when my mum asked about a discount. She acted like my mum was some clueless child! Later on, when I went to the store, Felicity was hanging around by the checkout, and as I walked past, she actually flipped me off. Can you imagine? Needless to say, I won't be returning to that store. Thankfully, the other staff members were lovely and welcoming. It's such a shame that one sour apple can spoil the whole bunch.
Shoe shopping for mum and aunt
The other day, I popped into a shoe shop to grab some new pairs for my mum and aunt. The moment we stepped foot inside, this guy who seemed like the boss, let's just call him MATHEW, had a bit of a run-in with my son. My little 5-year-old touched one of the sandals on display innocently, and suddenly MATHEW went off on one, telling us off and saying he'd chuck us out if my son touched anything again. I was so surprised and taken aback by his aggressive attitude, especially in front of my family and kids. When I asked a different member of staff who the manager was, she said it was MATHEW and wouldn't do anything to help. The whole thing felt like it was racially motivated and totally unfair, bringing us unnecessary stress and embarrassment. No way am I going back to that shop after that.
Shoes falling apart after 2 months
I bought a pair of shoes online, but they started falling apart after just two months. When I tried to return them, the company told me I had to pay for the return shipping! Can you believe it? And then they had the audacity to claim their shoes are high quality. What a joke! I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Arch trainers for £78
I bought the Arch trainers for £78 and wore them on holiday, but after 3 weeks, they messed up my feet because they didn't give my ankles enough support. The shop reckoned it was down to my walk, but I wasn't too pleased with that response.
Ladies size 9 shoes online purchase
I bought a pair of size 9 women's shoes online because I couldn't find them in any nearby shops. It's been more than a week since I placed my order, but the shoes still haven't turned up. The customer service I've had has been really poor, taking around 3 days to get back to me each time. When I got in touch with them today, they told me it might be another 10 days before my order gets sorted because of problems with the delivery service. All in all, my experience has been pretty bad and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
