Emails mostly went unanswered, a couple got perfunctory replies, and now, nearly two years on, I’m still chasing roughly £240. Their customer service kept saying they hadn’t received the return, despite the tracking evidence. I’ve had smooth returns with other retailers, so this stands out as unusually slow and evasive. Not everything was a mess — ordering and tracking were okay — but the refund saga has left me frustrated and wary of returning to them.
