check their socials and the link they post — they even warned about a fake site using a slightly different URL. Took me a minute to find that post, but once I’d double‑checked everything, it all made sense. No drama, no missing bits, just plain decent clothes and simple shopping. People can moan about being scammed, but a bit of checking goes a long way. Also customer service replied promptly when I asked a question. Recommend, but not blindly.
Nearly a month, then silence
the whole experience was about chasing a parcel, not wearing clothes. Later I learned I’d ordered from a copy site, not the real shop. That explains the mess. So, in use? No useful data. As an ordering experience it was careless. As a resolution it was quick once I pushed, but a bit fishy. I won’t risk buying from them again.
Empty parcel, awkward service
they told me to lodge the claim with the carrier myself and they'd only 'consider' a refund afterwards. Shelbi's emails felt brusque and a bit passive-aggressive, one minute dismissive, the next oddly festive. They didn't offer to resend or lodge the claim as the shipper — which I think is poor practice. So I'm left without the clothes and out of pocket; I'm disputing the charge. I hoped they'd sort it, but I'm underwhelmed and won't risk ordering again.
