Why everything good except customer service?
It was my first time to do online shopping at Closet London, I have done my homework: checked their product reviews, checked their products, read their return policy, understand they don't offer exchanges, the international customers must return at their own cost. The website is user friendly, check out was quick, I brought 7 sale items, over $150 for free delivery. I received them within 7 days, shipped from London to Australia. I was so excited, immediately tried them on, happy with the quality, design, cutting, price and the good thing is they are made in London!
It was ONLY one top that was too small & very tight that I had to return so that I could buy a ... size for the same item. I followed the instructions, uploaded photos of evidence, and told them the reason to return.
Next day, a short email told me three reasons to reject my request:
1. Items must be returned within 28 days from the day you receive the parcel.
2. Items must be unworn as new with all original Closet London tags attached.
3. If an item has been washed or altered in any way, this cannot be returned.
I have no clue! I replied to them immediately, told them I just following the instructions, emailed them right away the day I received the products, the top is unworn with original tags and unwashed. So what's going on?
The next email she replied "our online returns system is ONLY for UK customers, this is the reason your return has been rejected. International customers have to return their items at their own cost."
I was VERY disappointed with the customer service, please don't offer return if you are upset and don't even listen.5 out of 5 in every sense
So, I am buying dresses from closet since don't know when what I love about this site that I can order my dress today and it will be delivered at my doorstep tomorrow. there is no hassle or problem during booking dresses, I just have to choose my order and fill other details and my work is done. simple and easy! best for me and best for everyone who is looking for something where they can get designs and brand collection.
Dress for Wedding
Unique prints and great fit, delivery was on time and wore the dress at a wedding. Received loads of compliments and people thought it was a lot more expensive than what I paid for. Would definitely buy from Closet London again.
