my return showed delivered 19 December but they mixed me up with another Anna and then went quiet. After a few nudges they finally refunded me. Item’s fine, not perfect but it works, and I’m relieved.
Tea, a ping and a refund
I'll never forget the moment I felt proper relieved — I was making tea when an email pinged to say my refund was processed and, oddest bit, they'd chucked in a tenner voucher for the hassle. I needed that dress for a mate's wedding weeks earlier, so at first I was pretty miffed, phoned, tried, silence. But when the refund landed I laughed. Not perfect — delivery was useless — but the way they sorted the cash surprised me, and that made it alright in the end.
Left hanging but loved the kit
good quality, quick checkout, solid value. So it stung when an employee told me they would accept a late return as an exception, and after that person left the company the promise vanished. Annoying, yes, and it felt unfair to be caught up in internal changes. Still, the products themselves were great and I'll miss that reliability, though I'm wary now.
Almost gave up, then sorted
the online return said print labels but no shipping label ever arrived. After a couple of emails and growing annoyed, customer service suddenly replied the day before the cut-off, apologised and sent the missing label; refund followed within a few days. It wasn't seamless, but that last-minute fix is what made me satisfied. Surprisingly quick turnaround, all things considered.
They actually found it
they got my lost items back, so I'm fairly satisfied. I used the service a couple of weeks ago after misplacing some camera kit on a trip. At one point they even tried to add a restocking charge after getting the item back. The whole thing felt messy and a bit rude, no proper apology. If you’re tempted, double-check the material and photos and ask questions first. I wish they'd been straightforward from the start — would have saved loads of time and embarrassment.
Dress for wedding
I'm really gutted about my recent experience. I bought a dress for a wedding, but it just didn't suit me when I tried it on. I thought I'd return it, but it's been a total nightmare. Gorgeous and high-quality dresses
I bought some dresses from this shop and they were really gorgeous and great quality. I loved how well-made they were and the overall design. But I had a bit of trouble when I tried to return them. The QR code they gave me wouldn't scan, so I had to try a few times and go back and forth to the drop-off spot before I could finally send back the items.
Dress fit issue
I bought this dress and honestly, it's not great. The sizing is off - I got a bigger size to fit my waist, but the front is baggy and the facing sticks out. Also, when I tie the sash at the back, it looks terrible. It's like this dress was made for someone with no curves or bust at all! It's just not right for me.

Nice dress, customs fees
I recently bought a lovely dress from that shop, but it's worth mentioning that if you order it to France, there will be additional customs charges on top of the regular price. So, just bear that in mind before placing your order!
Dress was cheap and didn't fit
I ordered this dress that was meant to be really nice, but when it arrived, it was all floppy and didn't fit properly at all. I was so disappointed because it didn't look like it did in the pictures online. Plus, it was way too expensive for how poor quality it was!
