Was sceptical at first, but honestly — I'm chuffed I stuck with it. I first saw the listing on Instagram after my mate sent it, and ordered straight away. Delivery was slower than promised, true, but the product itself surprised me — nice finish, better than pics. I'll recommend it, odd as that sounds.
Sorted in the end
I bought this because I was moving and needed something sturdy, and after my last kit fell apart I was sceptical. It arrived faulty and getting warranty help was slow, yes slow, a bit annoying. After a couple of calls and some nagging they sent a replacement, no fuss in the end. The moment it worked I felt relieved — actually glad it was sorted, I'm grateful it was.
Birthday let-down
I'd been watching the clock before my granddaughter's birthday, worrying it wouldn't arrive. They said the item was being readied for shipping and they'd let me know — silence. With time running out I checked — the order had been cancelled. Annoying. In the end I grabbed a similar jumper from a local shop and it's lovely, soft and fits well, but I won't use this company again.
Last-minute rescue

Customer services, and Frances in particular, moved things on quickly, found a spare from odd stock and posted it to me free of charge. Delivery turned up in time and saved my pre-trip routine. Quite relieved, actually.
Relief in the end
Was mid-July and I remember panicking a bit when the tracking went quiet — thought I'd lost my money. After a couple of unanswered emails I rang the support line and, to my surprise, a real person picked up and actually sorted things. They apologised, gave a clear delivery slot and the driver turned up the next day. The air‑con unit is now in the living room, keeps the home office cool and the kids chill for bedtime. Still a bit miffed about the silence at first, but customer service fixed it and delivery was tidy.
Nearly bailed, glad I stayed
Halfway through the tour I remember thinking I almost cancelled — I had been worried it would be a rushed, overpriced gimmick. I booked on a whim a couple of weeks earlier and turned up sceptical, but the inside of the arena did win me over. It’s brilliantly atmospheric if you like sport, all those plaques and photos on the walls. That said, the staff did push us on, and an hour felt too tight to soak it all in; I kept missing bits. We were lucky — no match that day so we got into the dressing rooms, which was a proper bonus. Go late season if you want that bit. Honestly.
