Stylish and comfortable clothes
I recently bought some clothes from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality. The items were stylish and comfy, and there was a great range of colours to choose from. The packaging was done nicely and the customer service was excellent. They also gave plenty of delivery options, which was helpful. Returns were easy to do, but they did take a bit of time to process - about 14 days. However, the customer service team were always quick to respond and really helpful. I even tried out their style advice service over WebEx, and it was well worth it. I got some fantastic styling tips. Overall, I would say this company offers one of the best all-round services that I've come across. Hats off to the staff for their hard work and dedication.

When I first found this store ten years ago, I fell in love with their classic henley tops that always stay fashionable. Move on to now, I just bought a gorgeous hoodie on sale. Honestly, I couldn't help myself and got two in different sizes to make sure of the perfect fit. But returning one was easy peasy with their simple returns process. Their clothes are top-notch quality, and I've noticed they last longer in my wardrobe than others. Hush always nails it with style, comfort, and durability, which is why I'll be a lifelong customer.

So, I recently made a purchase that got me VIP treatment with early access to new collections and free next day delivery - what a bonus! I have to admit, the whole experience was smooth and easy. If I had needed to return anything (which I didn't, but you never know), they even gave me a prepaid returns label. All I had to do was take the package to the post office and get proof of posting. And the best bit? I got my refund promptly with no hassle. Hush really knows how to look after their customers.

This website is brilliant, isn't it? It's full of the most amazing stuff you could ever imagine. Two items
I bought two things from your shop not long ago. One of them didn't work for me and the other wasn't as good as I hoped. But, I must say, I was really impressed with how easy it was to return them. It was a nice touch to find a returns label in the package. And I was surprised by how quickly the refund was processed and sent back to my account. I've just ordered a top from this shop, but I received the wrong colour twice. I got in touch with customer service and they sent me a replacement, but it was still the wrong colour. It's really annoying because I needed the top for the weekend and now I have to go back to the post office to return it. Another item I ordered wasn't as good quality as I'd hoped, so I sent it back too. I used to be a regular customer for ages, but now I've come back to find that the products aren't as good as they used to be.
Birthday gift delivery
I was really let down by the service I received when I ordered a birthday present from this company. The delivery took ages, and even though I was told a specific time for it to arrive, it somehow ended up at a depot miles away from where it was meant to go. This meant that it missed the actual birthday it was meant for – what a disaster! Jacket
I ordered this jacket and it arrived really quickly. It was a nice shade of pink, just like on the website, but unfortunately, it didn't suit me at all. I had to send it back, but the return process was so simple and I received my refund promptly. I'm really happy with Hush for sorting everything out!
Winter collection purchase
I didn't really rate the winter collection from this company. The website was easy to use and the quality of the items was top-notch, but nothing really stood out to me. That being said, I generally like shopping from this company.
Shoes for me and my other half
I bought some shoes for me and my partner, but it's turned into a nightmare. I used the shop pay app to pay and got a receipt, but I haven't had any confirmation, shipping details, or tracking information. They took the money from my bank straight away without sending the shoes. I've tried emailing their customer service but haven't heard back. I just want a refund now. This whole situation has been a total let down, and I don't want anything to do with it anymore. I'm going to speak to my bank to sort it out.
Crop dungarees
I've ordered some crop dungarees from Hush recently but they haven't arrived yet. I've been a loyal customer of Hush for a while now through Next retail and I've always been really impressed with their clothing - they've got such good quality and a wide range. I'm really excited to get my hands on my order and can't wait to try it out!
Top Return
I had to take back a top I bought and I must say, the customer service was really good. I told them I couldn't print the return label at home as I didn't have a printer, and they quickly sent me a form and return label through the post. It definitely made things a lot easier for me when returning the item.
Blazer purchase
I bought a blazer from this company not long ago, and I have to tell you, the whole experience was a bit underwhelming, to be honest. So I thought I'd leave a review, outlining the good and the bad about it. The blazer looked really good and had a lovely colour, which is what drew me in at first. But I was let down by the quality of the fabric. Even though I followed all the instructions, my truthful review didn't make it onto their website. It's important for customers to be able to read real, honest opinions, so I was a bit disappointed that they didn't want to share my thoughts.
20% discount issue
I recently had a problem with a 20% discount offer at Hush. I spoke to Customer Service who said I would get a new code for the discount, but then I got an email from someone called Louise saying they couldn't give me a new code because the offer was from a different company. It was really annoying because I thought I was going to get the discount. The email also said to wait for Black Friday offers and try again, which wasn't a good solution. I then got another email offering 20% off everything, but there was no code and the discount didn't show up when I checked out. The lack of clear communication from Hush was really disappointing and made the whole thing useless.
