The photo was corrected, features clear, and honestly, that tiny second of relief was worth it. Not perfect — I paid extra for faster shipping that was still late — but the product itself, once they finally listened, was gift-ready.
If you use them, two tips: upload the clearest photo you have and chase customer support early, don’t assume the preview fixes everything. I’d probably use them again cautiously; just wish the communication and delivery were less of a palaver.
