I was sceptical at first; the glowing reviews felt odd and I worried it was one of those China-shipped deals. Ordered anyway — I’d had worse experiences with other firms. It arrived eventually, slow and with scruffy packaging, but it works. Not perfect, not a scam as far as I can see.
Not flashy, just works
I needed a replacement coat for work and it arrived next day, actually within 24 hours. Packaging was tidy and the coat matches the photos. Fits fine for my cycle commute, no weird smells. Nothing dramatic to report, just reliable — pleasantly surprised it wasn't sent from abroad, which helped with delivery time.
Spot-on coat
I was halfway down the hall with the box when I lifted the coat out and thought, yep, that's the one. The camel-coloured coat with the faux fur collar looked exactly like the pictures — proper stitching, none of that sloppy finishing I've seen from other places. Delivery was quick, fit's lovely, I actually smiled.
Bought for the commute
I grabbed this jumper because my commute had become chilly and my last online buy was a disaster. I was sceptical. It's really soft, feels plush against the skin and fits true to size — I ordered M, which is my usual. The knit has a bit of give so you could size up. Came within four days, folded in a vacuum bag. Pretty pleased, still cautious.
Threadbare surprise
this feels like it's been worn twice already. The fabric is thin, a bit scratchy, seams puckered like someone rushed the stitching, and on the second try-on a seam gave way — honestly, I felt cheated. Packed up to send back, only to notice the so-called free shipping had a $6 charge tacked on, which rubbed salt in the wound. Customer service replied with a boilerplate offer of $30 back and a 20% code, as if that fixes flimsy clothes and the bother of returns. If you want a comfy, solid feel, steer clear or be ready to haggle. Would've liked better materials and proper sewing, but hey, lesson learnt and now I check seams first.
Late-night scroll turned sour
I don’t buy from some big fast-fashion names and I try to avoid stuff made in China because of quality and ethics. I tried to check out with a gift card and it kept rejecting it, which made me dig deeper. Found the company address on their Zeagoo Story page and yep, China. So my doubts didn't vanish — they were confirmed. I'm glad others warned me, honestly, because that money mattered. I can imagine someone lucks out, and one commenter seemed genuinely pleased, but for me this felt like a flashy site masking who’s behind it. Disappointing, especially after the initial buzz from someone I follow. Won’t be buying, but at least I dodged a purchase I might’ve regretted.
