Swimwear and accessories
I just want to say how disappointed I am with the terrible assistance and customer service I received from this online shop. I ordered some swimwear and accessories, but they never turned up and getting help to sort it out has been impossible. On top of that, it looks like my account on the website has been wiped clean, with all my orders and details gone without a trace. It's made what was already a bad situation even more annoying. I definitely wouldn't recommend this site to anyone else for their shopping.
Unsuccessful return request
I recently bought two things from an online store, but unfortunately, they didn't fit me well. When I realised this, I thought I'd ask for a refund. It was a bit disappointing to learn that the return had to be sent back to the US, meaning pricey postage costs from the UK. Something worth noting for future customers. On the bright side, the customer service team at the online store were really understanding and helpful. They agreed to refund most of the money and even let me keep the items. I appreciate their kindness as now I can either give the items to a friend or donate them to charity. I have to say, the customer service team dealt with my issue professionally and kept me updated during the refund process. Now, I'm just looking forward to getting my refund, which should be sorted out in the next week or two.
Lost order, poor customer service
I would highly recommend avoiding this company! I ordered from them but never received my items. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and refused to assist me or give me a refund. The postal service couldn't help either, so I was left relying on Zaful. It's so frustrating that they don't have a phone number for customers to call, probably to avoid dealing with angry customers like me. Their lack of accountability and customer care is shocking. I wish I had done more research before buying from them, and I definitely won't be purchasing from them again.
Quick delivery and poor quality goods
I was really disappointed with the items I received from my order. They were poor quality and nothing like what was described on the website. The overall standard of the products was just not up to scratch.
On top of that, the customer service I got was really not great. The responses were unhelpful and my issues were not resolved. The options they gave me were confusing and it made the whole shopping experience really unpleasant.
To make matters worse, the refund process was a nightmare. They only offered partial refunds and in a different currency to what I used to make the purchase. In the end, I had to get PayPal involved because I wasn't getting anywhere with the company directly.My purchase in a few keywords

Super cute crop top and shorts set
I'm really annoyed right now, it's so unfair! I ended up getting charged twice for my order and they won't refund me properly. All they did was give me some partial credits, it's just not right. Also, the quality of the clothes was terrible and there were so many misleading things on the website. Ugh, I'm just so frustrated!
Son's birthday clothes
My son fancied some new clothes for his birthday and he was dead set on getting them from this specific place. I was really uncertain at first because I'd heard bad things about their shipping and the quality of their clothes. But you know what? We got the order in just one week, and everything was top-notch quality and fit him perfectly! I'm absolutely delighted we decided to take the risk.

Oh my goodness, my order was just awful! It was so difficult to get in touch with anyone. The customer service was really bad and you have to contact a support centre that's super hard to reach. There are many other clothing retailers that have much better communication systems. ZAFUL, if you're listening, please don't send me a standard response apologising because it's not helpful at all!
Fast shipping package
I decided to give this company a go after hearing good things about their quick shipping. I ordered some stuff, and was pleasantly surprised when the package arrived pretty swiftly. But then, my joy turned to frustration when I found out the 3rd party delivery company had left my package in a so-called 'SAFE' place, which was basically an open invite to thieves. Do these delivery folks even think about what they're doing? I mean, seriously! It's just common sense not to leave valuable stuff in an unsecure spot. I got in touch with customer service, and all they said was that the package had been delivered. Yeah, delivered straight into the hands of a thief! Thank goodness I used PayPal, or I would have been even more annoyed. To sum up, I wouldn't recommend using this company. Save yourself the hassle and find a more dependable option.
Swimsuits
I bought some swimsuits from this online shop recently, and I had to go through the whole refund thing, which was a bit of a hassle. Normally, you can just send back stuff for a refund, but here you've got to start by raising a ticket, and even then, there's a chance they might not accept your refund. I was a bit gutted to discover that you can't actually return swimsuits, so that limits things for folks who aren't happy with their buy. That being said, the communication through the tickets was pretty decent, and they did end up giving me a refund for the swimsuit I wanted to send back.

And to add insult to injury, the quality of the items I received wasn't even that good.

I gotta tell you, my experience with this online retailer was a total nightmare. So, I go ahead and order some bikinis, right? And I'm thinking "Great, they've got this awesome 14-day return policy!" But then I discover that guess what? Bikinis can't be returned. Seriously, who thinks that's okay? Like, if it doesn't fit or look good, why wouldn't you want to send it back? And on top of all that, their customer service was nowhere to be seen - didn't even get a response to my complaint email. It's just not on, is it? Disgraceful, really.

I bought two bikinis from this shop, but they never showed up! I was really looking forward to wearing them at the beach, but now I've got nothing to wear. I've tried getting in touch with them loads of times, but nobody ever replied. It's so frustrating, all I want is my money back so I can get some proper swimsuits. Complete scam!

I had a really good experience with my recent order from this online shop. I made a mistake and ordered shoes in the wrong size. When I asked for a return and replacement, they didn't have the right size available, which was a shame. But the customer service was top-notch! The person I spoke to, Hossam, was really helpful and got back to me quickly. He promised a full refund in 7-14 days.
Disappointed with delivery
I've had a really bad experience ordering from this company. I bought something and had loads of problems getting it delivered. The customer service wasn't helpful at all and didn't want to admit they were at fault for the delivery mess-up, hiding behind their terms and conditions instead. It's really annoying to see a company not caring about their customers' satisfaction. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them because of the awful delivery service and unhelpful customer support.

I'm really let down with my most recent purchase from this online shop. I've been waiting for a total of 5 weeks now, which is far longer than the 3-7 working days they said it would take. To make matters worse, I still haven't even got my order, and there's been no tracking info or much help from their customer service team. It's really frustrating that they've taken my money but haven't given me the product. All I really want now is a refund. Because of this ordeal, I can't honestly recommend this company to anyone, and I won't be buying from them again.

Takes your money and gives no service. For me it’s stealing. My 15 year old saved 43€ for some clothes and they won’t bother with a refund. No item no refund. Guys spend your money elsewhere
