tiny, almost insulting compensation offers (a few dollars at a time), and repeated talk of 20% restocking or handling fees. That didn’t sit right — faulty goods shouldn’t come with a charge. I complained, escalated, referenced my consumer rights and even mentioned a chargeback as a next step. It wasn’t pleasant, there were pauses, a couple of days of silence, and I admit I got a bit hot under the collar at times.
In the end, persistence paid off. They agreed to a full refund and sent a prepaid return label, which sorted the matter properly. It took longer than it should, and the formality of some of their emails made the whole thing feel unnecessarily defensive, but the outcome was fair. I’m still a bit miffed about the runaround and the initial offers felt dismissive, yet I appreciate that they ultimately fixed it without me having to fight all the way to external complaints.
Would I buy from them again? Maybe, cautiously. I’d want clearer product descriptions and faster, more responsible customer service up front. If you’re tempted by this kind of gadget, be careful — check how it’s powered and be prepared to push if something’s wrong. For me the doubts did fade, mostly because they resolved it properly at the end, even if it took more effort than it should have.Little wins, a few hiccups
the actual treatments feel professional and work quite well, staff are generally friendly when you get them, but the reliability could be better. If you need lasting reduction and want someone who knows their stuff, it’s worth trying, just be prepared to chase up bookings sometimes. Felt relieved and happier with my skin, overall pleased but hoping they tighten up the admin side a bit.
