Sat on the doorstep Friday and the vibration plate seemed fine, but when I plugged it in it didn’t do a thing. It's now Wednesday and I'm still waiting to talk to anyone about a return — keeps getting passed about. Delivery was quick, which helped, but their support is miles behind what I've had elsewhere. It's frustrating, really.
Quiet red flags
check how they respond before you buy — ask a simple question and see if a human answers. Maybe they fix this later, but I wouldn't risk another purchase without proof of proper support.
