Tried them a few months ago; delivery was slowish but customer service sorted it, so I'm glad.
Morning rescue
Ordered last-minute since bad back stopped me cooking; delivery was really quick, Alexis in customer service was calm and helpful, packaging a bit squashed but tasty
No follow-up, left hanging
Don't bother — that's my short conclusion after trying their service two days ago; first impression was hopeful, then silence, no callbacks, orders missing and resigned rep left me stuck.
Unexpected staple
Halfway through unpacking last week I tried a slice; started using it then — honest crumb, surprisingly fresh flavour, decent crust, not flashy.
Favourite loaf, slightly smashed
I order this bread all the time and usually it’s delightfully soft and springy — feels lovely to tear. This batch arrived quite squashed though, so I chucked it straight in the freezer to save it. Hope they sort packaging next time.
