Plug adapter
I recently bought a plug adapter from this shop and I have to say, I was pretty happy with how it all went. The price was good and the adapter arrived on time, which was a nice surprise. The adapter itself was of good quality and did the job it was supposed to do. However, the only problem I had was that the tracking number they gave me didn't work. When I contacted customer service to ask about it, all they could tell me was that my item would arrive on time. It would have been better to have more specific information about when it would actually arrive. Despite this hiccup, I was happy with the overall purchase.
Faulty Ascaso espresso machine
Although I was a bit let down by my broken Ascaso espresso machine from CoffeeFriend at first, I have to say their customer service was top-notch in fixing the problem quickly. When I found the fault, I got in touch with them and was really impressed by how fast they organised a courier to pick up the machine and send me a new one. It was all so easy and I was so happy to get a working replacement without any hassle. Now I can happily enjoy my espresso machine, all thanks to the amazing service from CoffeeFriend.
Silver coffee machine
I was really disappointed when I ordered a silver coffee machine from this store, but when it arrived it was this strange greyish green colour. Can you believe it? Also, the plug looked like it was from Europe or something, and the adapter didn't fit properly at first, but they sent a replacement that did the trick. The customer service was helpful and pretty good, so that's a positive. The coffee machine is working fine now, but I'm still not happy about the mix-up with the colour.
Coffee machine, descaler, bag of coffee
Oh my goodness, you won't believe how amazing the lady called Rose was when I got my new coffee machine! She was incredibly helpful in helping me pick out a descaler, and she even threw in a free bag of coffee for me. Rose patiently answered all my questions and was super friendly throughout the whole interaction. I really felt like a coffee expert after chatting with her. Seriously, the best customer service experience I've ever had - 10 out of 10 from me!
Quick coffee delivery
I ordered some coffee and it arrived really quickly, like super fast! Everything was perfect, nothing was missing. The service was absolutely fantastic! The coffee came in good time and I didn't have any problems at all. I'm just really pleased with how everything went.
Nespresso machine purchase
I recently bought a Nespresso machine from this shop and I have to say, I was really pleased with the good price and how quickly it was delivered. Unfortunately, they forgot to include the UK plug adapter in the package, but after a quick call to customer service, they sorted it out straight away. I had the adapter with me the next morning. Really impressive service, I must say!

Vas very happy with the service at Coffee Friend, because my package was lost (not actually lost as it was delivered to the house across the street) and even though it wasn't their mistake I got a pack of coffee for the 'inconvenience'. Really cute, surely will buy from them again. BTW I got to try Caprissimo Belgique coffee beans - loved it.Coffee Grinder
The coffee grinder I got from this place came quite quickly and was wrapped up nicely by Royal Mail. They made sure it was safe and sound in a big box, maybe a tad too big for the grinder itself. Nonetheless, the delivery was smooth and easy. It was good to see they took care in packaging it to make sure it arrived in tip-top condition. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for future orders.
Nespresso machine
I recently bought a Nespresso machine from Coffee Friend. I was a bit confused about when it would be delivered, but the customer service team got back to me quickly and explained everything clearly. Even though it took a bit longer than expected, when the machine finally arrived, I was really happy with it. The coffee it makes is fantastic and really improves my mornings.

I've been really impressed by this company's service. The communication was excellent, they even got back to me quickly on a UK bank holiday. And the delivery came right on time, just as they said it would. I really like it when a business shows they care about their customers and actually keeps their word. Coffee grinder order
I recently bought a coffee grinder from this company and it wasn't a great experience. I ordered it on May 9th, hoping to get it fairly quickly, but it didn't show up until June 4th - nearly a month later. This messed up my plans and left me feeling really frustrated. I found out that the company's main stock is in Europe, so that caused an extra delay in shipping to their UK warehouse before sending it out. Their lack of transparency and inefficiency in handling orders has really put me off. If you're thinking of buying from them, I'd suggest looking elsewhere to avoid the same letdown.
Coffee machine
I'm really pleased with the coffee machine I bought - it was a good price and it works really well. But, the delivery took ages - nearly three weeks! I expected it to arrive much quicker. It would have been better if they had kept me updated about any delays. I had to contact them to find out what was going on, which wasn't great. Good communication is so important in these situations and can really improve customer satisfaction.

I had such an amazing time at this place! The coffee was so delicious, the service was fantastic, the prices were really good, and my order arrived really quickly - I ordered on a Tuesday night and got it by Thursday morning! I highly recommend this place and I would definitely go back for more!
Fancy coffee machine with European plug
I recently got this really awesome coffee machine from here, but when it arrived, it had a strange plug that didn't fit in the adapter I had. I had to hop onto Amazon to purchase a special connector in order to make it work. Now, I've got to wait until Wednesday to get my daily coffee fix! 😒

I bought a Nespresso Machine that was originally intended for the Baltic states, so the paperwork and the 20 Euro coffee voucher it came with couldn't be used here in the UK. It was annoying because it seemed like they cared more about making money than making sure customers were happy. It would be really helpful if the company made sure all their products were suitable for the market they were selling them in, so customers don't have these problems in the future.
