Health supplement
I came across some great reviews about this health supplement and I was really optimistic that it could help with my health issues. But, after trying it out for a week, I haven't really seen any big differences. I know these things can take a while to kick in, so I'll keep using it and hopefully, I'll start to notice some improvements soon.
Biomel
I've just started using a new product, so I can't give a complete review yet as I've only been taking it for a week. But I have to admit, I'm pleasantly surprised by how good it tastes. Usually, I don't like things with added vitamins as they don't taste great, but this product is actually really nice. I'm hoping it will help with my digestive problems, especially with my constipation.
Vanilla and Belgian chocolate flavours for IBS relief
I absolutely love the Belgian chocolate flavour, it tastes amazing and has really helped with my IBS pain. The vanilla flavour was nice, but the Belgian chocolate is definitely my favourite. I've seen a big improvement in my symptoms since I started using this product, especially by the 3rd day. The price is fair too, so it's definitely worth it for the great results it gives.

Even though they made it clear that almonds weren't purposely put in there, but the powder was made in a factory that handles almonds, I was a bit worried because I have a serious tree nut allergy.
Despite my concerns, I decided to give it a go. The powder is pretty sweet, but I've got a bit of a sweet tooth so I actually liked putting it on my porridge. The only issue is it does make the porridge a bit watery, but all in all, it does the job nicely.Health and energy boost
