no confirmed dispatch date yet. Annoying. What frustrated me most was there wasn’t an easy option to swap the missing packet for another flavour or get a partial refund and send the rest — would have been simple. Still a bit hopeful I’ll get them, but communication really needs sorting.
Missing mystery, messy communication
I was halfway through unpacking boxes after a move when I thought a mystery box would be a nice bit of cheering up — had one before and they were fun, so I ordered one. I did have my doubts though, the site said 3–5 working days but it dragged on. First chat said they were packing them, then a later message said they were out of stock with no date. Oddly the item stayed orderable on the website the whole time, which just added to the confusion. I finally asked for a refund and, to their credit, that was processed — took a little while but it arrived. So I'm relieved, and grateful the money came back, but annoyed by the mixed messages and poor stock info. Probably won’t risk another one until they sort their communication.
Bit of a faff, but happy in the end
Funny start — I was ready to write them off after waiting ages and getting very little info. Turned out the thing did arrive eventually and honestly the quality made the wait less annoying. Communication was poor, that’s my main gripe, I kept seeing Jamie everywhere and felt a bit ignored, but product-wise it’s spot on and I’m glad I didn’t cancel. I’ve bought from them in shops before and it was fine, so maybe this was just a blip. Wouldn’t mind a proper update next time though, that would save a lot of worrying. All in all relieved and pleased it worked out — just sort the messages, please.
A treat worth the faff — mostly
I was halfway through a rubbish day — sore back from moving, cups of tea spilled, the lot — when I realised I was out of my SHOX stash and needed something reliably cheerful. So I ordered a 10-pack from the website, partly because I wanted to support the maker, partly because I was a bit lazy and didn’t want to traipse to the shop. Cut to me a week later, worrying that I’d paid for sweets that would vanish into the void.
