Fresh, reliable, value for money
I'm a regular customer of this service, and I've always enjoyed the good quality, fresh food that's delivered on time. I'm impressed by the range of meals they offer, which caters to different tastes. I've come to depend on this service for its affordability and convenience. However, there have been a couple of times recently where my orders arrived with missing items or damaged sauces, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite these occasional issues, I still think the service overall is great and would recommend it to others. Well done to the team for their hard work!
Nice meal for the evening
I am a very busy businessman. I leave home by 7 am and get back at 6 pm. At 7 pm I do personal study and research. I love homemade meals but have no time to cook them myself. When I discovered Dinnerly. I took time to read through their reviews and discovering they offer what I wanted I decided to give them a try. I ordered a plate of French Onion Soup Burger with Oven Fresh and Fontina. The taste was superb. It was made with fresh ingredients. The meals were well prepared. The delivery was fast and well packaged. I love Dinnerly meals and would patronize them every week.

The ingredients in the meal kit were top-notch, really impressed with how fresh and varied they were. The way they were all neatly packed made it super easy to find everything, and the recipes were simple and easy to follow, leading to some really tasty meals. I loved that they had loads of options to choose from, especially all the different types of protein, it really made the service stand out. Compared to others I've tried, this meal kit has become my number one fave because of the fantastic quality and variety it brings to the table.
Meal delivery service
Dinnerly is actually quite good because it's really simple to order meals online and they're not too expensive. However, every now and then the vegetables are pretty awful and they end up all mushy, which really annoys my mum. It's frustrating having to complain about it each time, especially when it ruins the entire meal. Additionally, there are now more fancy meals on the menu that are more expensive, meaning we can't choose as many different options.
Tasty meals, great customer service
The food here is just amazing, I really enjoy the different meals they offer and the flavours are just perfect. The only thing is, sometimes the veggies are a bit off, but everything else is so good it doesn't really matter. The portion sizes are spot on, not too much or too little. What really makes this place stand out is their fantastic customer service, they really go out of their way to make sure you're happy and well looked after.
Affordable meal box with room for improvement in seasoning
The best thing about this meal box is that it's really affordable. It's much cheaper than buying food from a supermarket. Another good thing is that they give you recipes, which is helpful if you're not sure what to make for dinner. But I think the food could do with some more flavour - it's not as tasty as what you get from other meal box companies that have more seasoned dishes.
Protein quantity issue
I've been using the meal delivery service for a while now and I must say, I've had a generally good experience. But, there were a couple of times where I found the protein portions in the meals were a bit lacking, especially for two people. In fact, one meal I made recently ended up only being enough for one person after cooking, which was a bit of a letdown. Nevertheless, I have to admit that the meals tasted great and were really simple to prepare.
Quick and Easy recipes, decent menu options, quality ingredients
The recipes I get from this service are really simple to follow, which is perfect for those hectic evenings when I don't have much time to cook. There's a nice range of options on the menu, and the ingredients always seem fresh and top quality. Only downside is the peppers can sometimes be a bit damaged in transit, which is a shame. Also, the portions could do with being a bit larger, especially when I've got a hungry teenage lad to feed.
My awesome Dinnerly meals
I recently signed up for Dinnerly and I've been really enjoying it. The meals have all been really tasty and I like that there's a variety of different options to try. The portion sizes are just perfect - not too big, not too small. It's crazy how much money I'm saving compared to buying all the ingredients separately. I think it's a great deal!

The price is good, but the meat isn't up to scratch. The beef is quite tough and needs to be cooked all the way through to be enjoyable. The chicken breasts are badly cut and hard to tell what they are. It's a shame when you don't get everything you need to make a recipe.

Inconsistent delivery
I've had a really annoying time with this service - my delivery was marked as "unable to deliver" before the actual delivery date, two weeks in a row. I've tried getting in touch with customer service to find out why and get a refund, but they've been totally silent and haven't sorted it out. It's really frustrating to not get any answers from a company I trusted with my orders. I'd say to anyone thinking of ordering from them to be careful.
Fresh food, easy recipes, amazing taste
I ordered a box from this place and it was amazing! The food was super fresh and the recipes were a breeze. I didn't have to do much to make them and they tasted delicious. My family enjoyed all the meals we tried and it was a relief not having to worry about dinner. Excited for the next box to come!
Meal kit subscription
The meal kit subscription we had was really expensive, and we'd been getting it every week for about a year. But one time, we got a delivery with some really bad meat in it, and when we asked for a refund, they only gave us $7 back for a $19 meal that was supposed to come with two Idaho potatoes. The customer service person only refunded us for the meat, and when we asked about the potatoes, they couldn't give us a decent answer. We tried a few more times to sort it out and talk to someone about it, but they just kept ignoring us. Because of how they treated us and didn't seem to care, we decided to cancel the subscription and not go back to them.
First order, missing ingredients
I ordered something the other day and was really disappointed because they forgot to put in some important ingredients. I got in touch with customer service to try and sort it out, but they only offered to give me money back for one missing thing. I was so frustrated with their lack of care and bad customer service that I decided to just cancel my order altogether.
