I've been shopping at this store for years now, and I'm always amazed by how great the products are. Everything is fresh and top-notch, which is why I keep going back for more. I was really disappointed with my recent purchase as a customer at Grape Tree. On their website, it clearly says that delivery is free for all UK Mainland orders over a certain amount, which my order met. But when I went to check out, I was shocked to see an extra £8.99 delivery charge. When I contacted customer service, they said I live in a remote area, even though I'm in mainland Southern Scotland. It was frustrating to be charged for delivery when the website said it would be free for my order. Overall, I felt like I had been misled and tricked by their inconsistent delivery policy.

The customer service in this shop is really awful. Whenever I've been there, none of the shop assistants have even said hello or offered to help. It's like they don't even see me. One time, I saw a staff member just chatting about her personal life with another employee, ignoring us customers completely. It's so annoying and makes me not want to come back. I'd rather spend my money in a place where they actually care about me as a customer.
