Supplements and superfoods
My time in the store was really good, mainly because the staff there were fantastic and really helpful. However, I did notice that the staff were often left on their own for long stretches without talking to anyone else. It was worrying to see them having to shut the shop just to nip to the loo because they were by themselves. This lack of support from the company is not only inconvenient for the staff, but it could also affect their mental health in the long run.
But when there were a few staff members around, the service was top-notch, with friendly chats and a welcoming vibe. It's obvious that having more than one person working makes a big difference to everyone's experience, customers and staff alike. I reckon that the company needs to sort out better staffing plans to look after their staff and give customers a consistently great service.Great quality items
I've been shopping at this store for years now, and I'm always amazed by how great the products are. Everything is fresh and top-notch, which is why I keep going back for more. They have a huge range of items and I always manage to find what I'm after. The store is really well laid out, so it's easy to find what you need. The staff are super helpful and know their stuff, always there to help if I have any questions. All in all, shopping here is always a positive and satisfying experience.
Nuts and other healthy snacks
I really enjoy shopping online at this store because I can find all the nuts and healthy snacks I need. Sometimes I pop into the store nearby if I fancy picking up some treats. The delivery service is great, especially for heavier items like nuts. Everything is packed securely and the best part is that all the packaging is recyclable! I've been really pleased with the quality of the products I've received from this place.
Excellent products
I popped into that shop recently and I have to admit, the stuff they've got is really top-notch. The quality is fantastic and I'm over the moon with what I bought. On top of that, the delivery was super quick so I got everything on time. Just a tiny bump in the road though, one of the things I wanted was out of stock this time. Even with that little blip, I'm still really happy with how everything went down.
Helpful Assistant
I went down to Grape Tree with my mum and we got a helping hand from Carol. She was really friendly and gave us some great tips. We found some awesome stuff and both of us had a good shopping trip in the end!
Product issue with staff
I had a rather irritating time at the store the other day as I ran into some staff who couldn't really understand English. I needed to have a chat with the manager about a problem with a product, but the cashier wasn't much help at all. It was quite frustrating and awkward not being able to have a proper conversation with someone who didn't have a good grasp of the language. The cashier did mention that the manager is called Marilda. I reckon that it would be a good idea for the management to make sure they hire staff who are actually fluent in English so that customers don't end up feeling frustrated.
Grapetree shopping experience
I really enjoy visiting Grapetree, the staff there are so friendly and always help me find what I'm looking for. I tend to forget my Grapetree card sometimes, but now I have this awesome app called 'Stocard' that Nathalie recommended to me. It's super convenient and ensures I never miss any great deals! Also, I picked up a really interesting magazine from there that had a lot of cool stuff in it.
Nuts, seeds, and dried fruits bulk purchase
I really like this store's website, it's so easy to use and they have loads of products that don't cost too much. I buy nuts, seeds, and dried fruits in big quantities and this store is perfect for that. I was really happy when my order arrived quickly, and I didn't have to pay for delivery. My experience with Grape Tree was great, and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

I've just bought a bag of jumbo oats from the shop. But when it arrived, I saw that a bit of the bag was torn and lots of oats had spilled out. Luckily, Natalie from customer service was really fast in sorting it out by giving me a refund.
Health and Safety Concerns
This place needs to be closed down! It's not safe or fair for the staff. There's always only one person working there, without a break for hours on end. It's just not right how they are being treated. They deserve much better.

I received some great items from this shop that were all wrapped up nicely and arrived really quickly. I was thrilled when my order showed up, no need to wait around for ages like with some other shops.
Detox Tea and Superfood Capsules
I was really disappointed with my recent purchase as a customer at Grape Tree. On their website, it clearly says that delivery is free for all UK Mainland orders over a certain amount, which my order met. But when I went to check out, I was shocked to see an extra £8.99 delivery charge. When I contacted customer service, they said I live in a remote area, even though I'm in mainland Southern Scotland. It was frustrating to be charged for delivery when the website said it would be free for my order. Overall, I felt like I had been misled and tricked by their inconsistent delivery policy.
Nuts, seeds, and snacks
The store has a really good selection of nuts, seeds, and snacks. I ordered online recently and it was easy to do. I had to get in touch with customer service to add something to my order, and I was happy with how quickly and cheerfully Katy helped me out. The service was top-notch and I liked that they made it feel personal.
Natural health products
The customer service in this shop is really awful. Whenever I've been there, none of the shop assistants have even said hello or offered to help. It's like they don't even see me. One time, I saw a staff member just chatting about her personal life with another employee, ignoring us customers completely. It's so annoying and makes me not want to come back. I'd rather spend my money in a place where they actually care about me as a customer.
