I am disgusted that there are no contact details for the vulnerable to get on line shopping at Tescos. I am in my mid suxties have shopped at Tescos for years and like face to face as I am in my mid 60’s but have an immune system problem and am supposed to avoid going to the shops. I set up an on line account ages ago but when I went to use it there are no slots and no way of getting in touch. As a regular customer who has Clubcard and a credit card with Tescos, this is not good and I will be reviewing my shopping habits once this crisis is over.

I am not impressed have used shopping on line every two weeks past two years .Am not allowed out for 12 weeks .So need to on line shop .Just impossible to contact anyone to talk about this .Sent emails phoned just impossible .
Really not impressed .
Even left messages for someone to contact me .Unbelived they are letting people take all the slots .!!!!;! I won't be going back to them after this worrying time .Well I am not the only one in this position .All about money I think .Shame on you

I won't be shopping in tesco again as the shop allows to many people in without wearing masks even staff are not wearing masks even though its compulsory
