Master shop
Well, almost all types of wine,bears,vodka,brandy etc they have.
Good thing is burgundy type is started from 17 pounds which may be good news for some close people.

My order arrived yesterday but 6 of the wines were not what I ordered
I got in touch with customer service & within 24 hours the mistake had been rectified .

I ordered two cases of wine. The order and pricing of the wine was fine however the service and the delivery was so shocking I won't be buying from Waitrose Cellar again, or at least not until they sort the delivery mess out. DHL were responsible for the delivery and failed to deliver on five separate occasions and when we contacted DHL there were all manner of excuses, such that we felt that the wine had been stolen. Waitrose Cellar Customer Care were, at best, disinterested and have not even acknowledged our compliant. The wine available is excellent, however the stress of getting it from Waitrose cellar is just not worth it. Majestic from a delivery standpoint make Waitrose seem spectacularly amateurish such that I envisage whoever is running Waitrose Cellar with a big red nose, make up, bald wig with sill red hair sticking outside... oh and don't forget the Jumbo Poluka shoes. So if you suffer even the mildest symptoms of Coulrophobia, avoid Waitrose Cellar.... WAITROSE CELLAR .... NEVER KNOWLINGLY DELIVERED!

Order was placed and acknowledged on 23 June 2021. According to the acknowledgment email 'Standard delivery would be 'on or before Thursday 01/07/21’. Thought that this was a long time, but ...No delivery arrived and still not here today. No initial communication and no updates about delays. Complained and pretty useless excuses from customer services that it was a busy time and one bottle out of a much larger order (20 bottles) was not in stock, Why could they not deliver the other 19 bottles? Informed that the out of stock item came into stock on 25th June. Basics of customer satisfaction is not to promise things if too busy, but always keep the customer informed if there is any problem, even if not a believable issue. Latest communication being that wine might be delivered at the end of this week. 9th July? Dreadful service and a joke of customer service.
