the actual hair products do what they claim, but the company’s customer service has become a real problem, so buy with that caveat. Delivery was impressive — everything turned up within a day — and that set a positive tone. I’ve been using the shampoo, conditioner, thickening spray and serum for about three weeks and, dryly put, my brush now contains fewer hairs. My hair feels thicker, it knots less and what used to take an hour to detangle now takes minutes, with noticeably less breakage. I have significant menopausal shedding and can’t have HRT for medical reasons, so I’d tried loads of stuff before — supplements, scalp treatments, infrared sessions — and didn’t get this kind of improvement. It’s early days, but when I massage the serum in I can feel fine new hairs, so there’s cautious hope of regrowth. The range clearly helps and I’d buy the items again; I even wish they offered a vegetarian collagen option, I would buy that too. Now the downside: the company used to be friendly and responsive but that’s changed. Emails go unanswered, queries are ignored and long-term customers seem to have been deprioritised. That’s disappointing and, to be frank, it affects how I feel about supporting them. Products and delivery get high marks from me, customer service does not. My practical advice: if you want the products for results, go ahead, but be prepared that post-sale support might be poor, and consider stocking enough so you don’t rely on quick replacements. I’m hopeful about my hair, slightly annoyed at the company, and I’ll probably look elsewhere if the service doesn’t improve.
