1 Merry Christmas Sweet Hamper, 1 Giant Chocolate Bar, 1 Chocolate Orange Smash Cake
Delivery a bit panic-making but, after all, it was Christmas period and post was taking longer than usual. Smash Cake arrived on 23rd Dec, just in time! All recipients of my gifts were so surprised and delighted with the appearance and quality of their personalised gifts. Huge choice of gifts on website. Will buy from Funky Hampers again. Would definitely recommend.
Poor Customer Service & Stale
Hamper arrived in good time, two bags of fudge were stale. Poor customer service, they said it was one of their top selling flavours and is replaced every couple of days, said they will test their stock . If this is true then the batch I had is long gone and is not there for testing. Won't use again or recommend.
Chocolate Bouquet
Being a florist we understand what good flowers are and this didn't dissapoint. We ordered a chocolate bouquet for one of our members of staff who was leaving and it was amazing. Stunning look and good value for money. You can see a lot of work went into the creation. Thanks
Great Company
Used Funky Hampers three times now and every time the gift has been amazing. Well impressed with them, good prices and arrive when I ask. I even asked of the last one to arrive on a Sunday and it did!! Thanks guys
Pink Gin and Tonic, Lindor and Yankee Candle Bouquet
Absolutely appalling product supplied. Sent a Pink Gin and Tonic, Lindor and Yankee Candle Bouquet to my mum for a birthday gift and what she received was nothing like the picture of the product advertised on the website (which coincidently has now changed since my complaint).
After sending email of complaint received a response the next morning (which is prity good to be fair the the company) asking me to send the product back if I wanted a full refund or they could offer me 25% back if I wanted to keep it, all strikes me as totally unreasonable to expect people to ask for a gift back. Had I have not sent it direct I would have happily returned.

Wow, this was a stunning gift. Arrived next day (ordered on a Friday at 2.30pm!). Arrived in a box and when opened it looked just like the photo. Would use again no probs.

Poor customer service
Sent my friends card and present separately which is pointless! Customer service just ignore emails or respond with random questions. Avoid this company. Left two stars because it wouldn’t let me leave just one. I’d actually give it zero stars.
No order
I placed an order for my boyfriend's birthday, specifically asking it to come the day before so it was a suprise for him. Birthday been and gone and no show of the hamper. Tried contacting them but are being ignored! Would definetly not go here again!
