    Next day delivery, well packed bottle

    I needed to grab a bottle in a hurry for my trip back to Asia, and luckily I came across a shop that guaranteed next day delivery. I went ahead and placed an order, and guess what? The bottle showed up at my hotel the very next day! It was all packaged up so nicely and securely, so I didn't have to stress about it getting damaged in my suitcase. I'm really chuffed that I decided to purchase from this shop - it definitely made my journey back home a lot smoother!

    I've just ordered some wine from The Bottle Club, but it was a bit of a nightmare. Supposed to arrive in 3-5 days, but ended up taking 13 days because of a bank holiday and a mess-up with the delivery company. When it finally arrived, the wine was smashed. I had to reorder with express delivery, but that didn't happen, so I had to wait another 4 days. The Bottle Club's service was alright, but overall it was a pain with all the delays and messing about with the delivery.

    Big order for a party

    I ordered so many drinks for this party, but they took absolutely forever to get here! I ordered them last Friday for a party happening the next Saturday, but they didn't show up until the Tuesday after the party. Can you believe it? I even received an email saying my order was coming, but still no luck. I'm really let down by how long it took for them to dispatch and deliver my order.

    I was really disappointed with my experience at The Bottle Club. I ordered a case of wine bottles, but when it arrived, four bottles were missing. When I got in touch with customer service about it, they just dismissed me and said the order was the right weight. I felt so frustrated and let down by their lack of accountability and poor customer service. I've never dealt with such incompetence before. I would definitely tell others to avoid this company.

    Mixed case of craft beers

    I was constantly having to chase up my order because it seemed like it was being ignored. The delivery ended up taking longer than I had expected, but I have to say that the communication from the delivery team was excellent. It was really frustrating that I couldn't use the promotion for multiple cans. However, on the plus side, the craft beers in the mixed case were absolutely delicious, particularly the IPA and the wheat beer. Even though it was a bit of a hassle, I will most likely make another purchase because the beer is just so good.

    !2X750ml Evian water in glass bottles

    Ordering is easy and delivery efficient but then the trouble starts.
    Instead of using original Evian boxes, as delivered from France, every bottle is enclosed in stiff plastic sheath and the whole lot encased in a gigantic box. Besides being totally unnecessary, it makes unpacking laborious and tiring and disposal difficult.
    Never again. I shall definitely be obtaining Evian from elsewhere.

    my order turned up, but one bottle turned up broken. i contacted them and sent pictures of the broken bottle in the packaging, as requested. i then had to case them up after 2 weeks, as i had not had any further contact from them. i then had to sent the pictures a further 2 times, before the agreed to send me a replacement. but a further 3 weeks on and nothing!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They just want your money and if something goes wrong. they don't give a ... about there customers. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE. Spend your money with someone who cares.
