Finally got a refund over two months later after threatening them with legal action. Item never did arrive ! They have lots of good reviews but also lots of stories like mine. AVOID !
Delivery took weeks. Anyway I ordered the tree trunk family inscription. Soooo disappointed. its a really thin piece of tree but surrounded by cork? to look like a tree trunk. Engraving wont last a not very deep. could have been written on really , its so thin.
Dreadful, and definitely not worth the £35. The pictures are so well put together , the products look amazing, however not in reality.
Would not shop here again or recommend either.
