Sat with a cuppa and panicked a bit when the parcel was held up, but the team were brilliant — clear updates and they resent another one after the two-week delay. It’s now in my daily routine (I use it every morning) and I’m actually really chuffed.
Gift box gamble
I love a surprise, I took a chance on the gift box but had doubts and, annoyingly, they were proved right. I paid £7.95—either it wasn’t sent or I got a cheap brown box stamped ‘Made in China’. Tried contacting them loads. Oddly it looked quirky and made me smile. Don’t order it.
Sign snafu sorted
Spotted these festive signs on my mate's Instagram and bought three, tipped my sister — one arrived with a tiny typo. Emailed them, got an apology within an hour and a replacement landed in a couple of days. Proper service, delivery faster than expected.
Nearly panicked then sorted
I started with them in August and first impression was fine — proofs and a fair bit of back-and-forth. When I tried to complete the order recently emails bounced and I feared the worst. After a short pause they replied and the boards arrived. Delivery and service had hiccups, but I’m relieved it worked out.
Pretty planner, quirks
Opened it on a grey Sunday and immediately thought it looked lovely. Then I realised the month boxes are tiny and you can't fit much in. Oddly, I was happy once I got into a routine with stickers and notes — felt more personal. Customer service wasn't helpful, so don't expect a quick refund.
Pretty chuffed
Actually really pleased with it in the end — surprised at first (I expected a frame), but it looks sweet on my home office wall. I wish the listing was clearer — I checked the fine print after being stung — but for the price I'm using it as a print for my desk, so it's a nice touch.
Vanished then fine
Not brilliant at the start, but it did arrive eventually. Ordered with priority two weeks ago, no dispatch notice, no replies to emails or Facebook, phone dead. After nagging my bank and a few messages it turned up, bit scruffy but working. I'd advise patience and chase them if you need it quick.
Gift plaque gone wrong
I was hanging the first plaque on my front door and thought, that's it — perfect, so I ordered one for my sister. The second arrived with the wrong address and after a promise of a replacement I heard nothing. Spent about £30 with postage, use these as presents so the lack of follow-up was frustrating and really ruined the confidence I had.
Birthday let-down, nice finish
I almost didn't order — a mate had sent the link and I was sceptical about the 'express' option. I paid extra, emailed when it hadn't moved and was told "tomorrow"... four days later still nothing, not even processed. It did turn up eventually and the product was nicer than the photos, nicely boxed, which surprised me, but it missed the 80th so that part's a fail. Wouldn't rely on fast delivery.
Christmas gamble
Waiting in the maternity ward I clicked buy. We needed a Christmas Eve box while our baby was in hospital. I was unsure because it wasn't cheap and I'd had dodgy items before. When it arrived I found paint missing on the side. I emailed. First reply suggested I colour it in myself — not great. After a bit of pushing they offered a partial refund and sent a replacement. Still annoyed, but relieved and a bit grateful it was sorted.
Looks lovely, doesn't arrive
I spotted them on Instagram after a mate posted a ring. Looked great, so I ordered. The parcel was sent with Evri but never arrived. Evri took ages to reply — almost two weeks — and then washed their hands of it. I messaged the shop and they said their policy is you must contact them within two days of ordering. Two days. They were polite but useless. Bit of a nightmare, avoid if you can.
Delivery went sideways
don't expect a smooth delivery. I ordered this for daily use and ended chasing them more than they chased me. No initial contact, so I emailed and they sent a tracking number — courier said they hadn't received it. A follow-up email said it was probably lost and offered a replacement; I replied yes. They didn't acknowledge until the 48 hours had almost gone and then said they'd post it on Tuesday after the bank holiday. No tracking since, had to contact them again today. Dry service, slow replies, fed up. Not great if you need it.
Gift box
I bought a gift box, paid £6.95 extra for it, but it was missing from my order. I messaged customer service twice on Facebook asking for a refund, but got no reply. Their automatic response promised a reply within an hour, but that never happened. It's disappointing to see such a lack of communication and follow-up from a company that claims to value customer service.
Personalised gifts
I've ordered some personalised gifts and I absolutely love them! The customer service was fantastic, they answered all my questions and made me feel really special. The gifts arrived promptly and were packaged securely. They were really amazing, so beautiful and perfect. I've already told all my friends about it, they definitely need to check it out too!
Sunflower Cup & Saucer
My order came damaged at first but when I got in touch with customer service, they quickly sent me a replacement. The Sunflower Cup & Saucer was even better than I expected - bigger and more beautiful. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again.
Personalized Christmas plaque
I'm really happy with my new personalised Christmas plaque. It's even better than I expected, it looks great in person, even better than in the pictures online. I've put it up for everyone to see, it's really added something special to my home decor. When my order didn't arrive on time because of a problem with the postal service, I got in touch with the company for help. They responded quickly and were really helpful, showing great customer service. Overall, I'm really pleased with both the product and the service from the company. I'll definitely shop with them again and recommend them to others.
Gold Glitter Heart Balloon Print
I recently bought the Gold Glitter Heart Balloon Print and I have to say, the customer service was top-notch. Dog plaque

Flower bouquet
I ordered a beautiful flower bouquet from this company not long ago. Unfortunately, I had a bit of a nightmare with the delivery. They used a delivery service that ended up not bringing my order to me. I tried to get in touch with them, but they didn't respond for almost two weeks. When I finally managed to reach them, they had the nerve to say that unless I had contacted them within two days of ordering, they couldn't help me because of their "policy." What a terrible company, I would recommend avoiding them completely.
