Halfway through the payment, I noticed the same £10 charge had gone through twice. I expected the tickets to appear afterwards, but there was nothing in my account. Instead, clicking on tickets seemed to lead to more payment options, charity add-ons and promotional bits. It felt muddled at best, and honestly a bit worrying. The TV advert makes it look very straightforward, yet my first attempt was anything but. PayPal showed the two separate transactions clearly and dealt with it quickly, which was the one reassuring part. It was only £20, but I would not use this again. My advice is to check every screen and your payment history before assuming you have entered anything.
Extra tickets turned into four plans
What I thought would be a quick way to add a few extra tickets has become rather more complicated. I already had one subscription, then bought extra entries on three separate occasions. I assumed they were one-off purchases, or at least connected to my existing plan. Checking my bank app in the morning, though, it looks like I now have four subscriptions set to come out every month. That was not clear at all, and I cannot afford four of them. I tried calling first, but the voicemail was full. The website has not helped much either; logging in usually becomes a password reset job. Oddly, buying tickets was easy enough. I need this sorted soon or I’ll cancel the lot.

the code generated fine, then did absolutely nothing at checkout. I messaged support more than once and heard tumbleweed. I use the site occasionally when I’m procrastinating over coursework, but I won’t be putting much money into it. A sensible ticket limit would make it feel less like a wallet contest.
