Lottosocial
I joined the lottosocial but became too expensive due to the current financial climate. So i cancelled my membership however money was still taken from my account. the only way i could make contact was via a Messenger App where i spoke with "David". I queried the payment taken from my account and "David" told me that the transaction to take the money had already been made but confirmed that my account had been closed. I asked for a refund but David told me that the Lottosocial does not have a refund policy and that i should look at the T&Cs when i signed up. I asked for a copy of the T&Cs and "David" told me to look on my account at which point I reminded him that I did not have one as it was closed. I asked many times for him to send me a copy but he would not, So i asked for the contact details for the Complaints Department and he would not. I will now escalate my concerns to the Ombudsman
Lottosocial
WARNING!! I thoroughly recommend you do NOT join this! I like the previous person above joined for £1 but they take £5 out automatically EVERY week and it is impossible to get through to ANYONE to cancel, therefore they have total control! I even went on their website to try and remove my card details but you CAN’T. I have had to go to my bank to get my card details changed. Luckily I had email back up to show the bank and they are investigating so hopefully I will get my money back. Please review the online complaints before you go ahead! YOU have been WARNED!
I am having the exact same problem!
£1 for 10 lines syndicate
Be aware that this company signs you into future draws. They took £23 from my bank account within 6 days. I only signed up for a £1 draw into a syndicate! The terms and conditions may cover this bank account withdrawal but it may send you into overdrawn and render you penniless.
Please do not enter if you cannot afford it. Remember the old saying. If it sounds too good to be true. XXX It's a shame as most of us don't want to win millions and this company seemed to have the right speak. So far so good
I have been using your lotto services. You may try them and see how good they are. Thumbs up to them.
These people are fraudsters. They took over £3,000 from my 80 year old Dad's credit card in just 3 months, and the only way we could stop paying out to them was by closing down the credit card.
euromillions syndicate
really like the extras they put on. you can be in the lottery and get lots of free stuff. And charity. what's not to like. just need to win the big one now, and retire, LOL
I’m not happy with this Lotto Social the just take money from my account and nothing happened and I want cancel
No good Company
Terrible have been taking money from my bank 3 times in same day .ask for refund waiting ,email nothing really happens,I want to cancel ,never again
These people are fraudsters. They took over £3,000 from my 80 year old father's credit card in just 3 months, and we could only stop it by closing the credit card down.
Tried to withdraw my winning (£6), months ago...still nothing. Despite replys stating they will look into it. Don't bother, stick to your normal lottery, much safer
I hope this syndicate is not the same as Lotto 777’s who are just fraudsters
Great service with lots more ways to win
This service is great, I have been with them for now 2 years and I have won more than I had done before. I now will only play the lotto and euromillion this way.
