I first saw these on a cooking forum after a mate recommended them, so I ordered a set to try. The pans themselves are decent — heavy enough, good heat distribution and the non-stick works for now, though I'm a bit wary about long-term safety of the coating. The real problem was the delivery/shipping promise. They claimed free post over £179; I spent well above that and still got charged. When I asked for the refund their replies were brusque, almost mocking, which left a bad taste. I'm still using the pans because they do the job, but the poor service makes me think twice before buying again.
