Wallet purchase
They are complete thieves. I bought a wallet from this shop a while ago and it was a total nightmare. The delivery tracking they gave me was all over the place and the wallet never arrived. When I got in touch with customer service, they just kept giving me excuses and kept saying the wallet had been delivered. They didn't help me at all or try and fix the issue, and they wouldn't give me my money back. I won't be shopping at that shop again.
Grandson's jacket
I got a jacket for my grandson from this place and it came super fast. Can you believe they just left it with our neighbour without giving us a heads up! Luckily, our neighbour is trustworthy so we actually got it. My grandson was thrilled with the jacket, it was such good quality. The only downside was the delivery, we thought it would come on Saturday so he could have worn it earlier.
Next Day Delivery
I bought something from here and paid for next day delivery. But then they used this rubbish delivery company called Evri and my package was late by 2 whole days! Can you believe it? But then House of Fraser refunded me £9.99 for the delivery, so that was pretty cool of them. I just wish they used a better delivery company, you know?
Online shopping experience
My online shopping experience at this store was great. The website was really easy to use and I found what I wanted without any hassle. Ordering was simple and I got a confirmation email quickly. Tracking my package was handy and it arrived exactly when it was supposed to with no problems.
Damaged product replacement request
The customer service at this store is absolutely appalling! I tried so many times to contact them and explain that I needed a replacement for a damaged product, but it seems like they couldn't be bothered to read my emails properly. Even though I clearly asked for a replacement, they just went ahead and refunded me without even thinking about what I actually needed. I find this lazy and careless customer service completely unacceptable.
Good quality products and efficient delivery
I recently bought some things from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The items I got were top-notch quality, just as they were described, and definitely worth the money. The delivery was super quick, and my order arrived on time and well-wrapped. I really liked how they took care to pack everything properly so that my things were in perfect condition when they arrived. The simple returns policy is also a big bonus for me, as it puts my mind at ease knowing I can easily exchange or return something if needed. Plus, they kept me updated all the way through the delivery process, which I thought was really helpful and professional.
Calvin klein bottoms
I am very upset with this issue and how it's been dealt with. I ordered some clothes and was sent the wrong order, I repeatedly asked for it to be resent as soon as and I will be return the product instantly, just so I know it won't run out of stock. I spoke to a very unhelpful member of your team who ended the chat with me. I wasn't rude and expressed my concerns. I now have half an outfit and it was cancelled because of low stock when I knew this would happen and tried to avoid, no real solution has been offered. It is horrible customer service.
Pyjamas for Christmas Eve boxes
I bought some pyjamas not long ago to put in my grandchildren's Christmas Eve boxes. The service I got was really good, quick delivery and the pyjamas themselves have actually saved me some money. They're good quality for the price, made of lovely fabric (although the bottoms do seem a bit thin). I've told my friends with grandkids about them too, no complaints so far!
Troublesome delivery
I received loads of emails from the delivery company, but the customer service at House of Fraser really made up for it. When I got in touch, Haris from customer services sorted everything out really quickly. It's great to see that level of dedication and efficiency when dealing with customer problems.
EVRI purchase
The setup at this place is absolutely fantastic! The way they assist me in purchasing and delivering items using EVRI is just excellent. I really enjoy shopping here!
Oversized T-shirt
I bought this really big t-shirt from House of Fraser not long ago, and I've got to say I was really disappointed with the whole thing. First off, I had to pay for delivery, which is fair enough, but normally that covers free returns if needed. However, when the t-shirt turned up, it was way too big for me, so I had to send it back. To my surprise, I found out I'd have to pay another £4.99 just to return one item! I get that I should have checked the return policy beforehand, but it still seems pretty unreasonable to have to shell out even more money just to get a t-shirt that fits right. It just seems really greedy of the company. Overall, I wasn't happy with the service I got.
Delivery experience
I'm really disappointed with the delivery service from House of Fraser. I placed an order and scheduled delivery twice, but had issues both times. The first time, I missed the delivery as I had to rush to the hospital for an emergency. The second time, I made sure to be home during the specified time slot but no one came to deliver my parcel. I then got an email after 6.30pm saying they couldn't deliver it. It's just not on - the lack of communication and reliability is really frustrating, especially considering I paid £4.99 for delivery.
Clothing purchase
I bought some clothes from your shop recently and although I thought the quality was good, I was a bit gutted because some of the stuff didn't fit me right. It's a shame I couldn't return them because the postage was so expensive. Now I've got these clothes just hanging in my wardrobe, too big or too small, and I can't even wear them. Such a waste, really.
Clothing item that did not fit
I've had a bit of a bad time with the returns process at that shop recently. I bought a piece of clothing online that didn't fit me, so I sent it back following all the rules, making sure it was unworn and all the paperwork was there. But then, they said I'd returned the wrong item even though it had their product codes on it. It really annoyed me and left me feeling let down by the whole experience.
Clothing purchase
I recently bought some clothes from a popular department store. They had a decent selection, but nothing really caught my eye. The quality was okay, and the prices were a bit steep for what I was getting. In the end, I was happy with my purchase, but it wasn't anything special.
False advertising
I was really keen to buy something that was on sale when I saw it advertised online, but when I went to purchase it, the price had shot up. I was proper annoyed! The customer service was absolutely rubbish as well, they didn't even bother trying to assist me.
Three items purchased
I bought three things from this shop and I've got to say, they all came quickly and were wrapped up well. Sadly, one of the items wasn't right for me so I had to send it back. But, sending it back was really easy and I got my money back fast. On the whole, I was pretty impressed with the service.
Trainers and boots
I bought some trainers and a pair of boots from House of Fraser not long ago. The delivery was super quick, which really impressed me. The trainers I got are fantastic, really pleased with them. But, the boots I bought weren't as good. The suede material looks old and worn, which was a bit disappointing.
Clothes
I recently purchased some clothes from House of Fraser and they were alright. The service was decent and my order arrived pretty fast. However, they didn't have one of the items I wanted in stock. Instead of informing me, they sent a different item and I had to pay to return it. It would have been better if they had just emailed me about the issue to save me some money.
An Unsatisfactory Online Shopping Experience
I'm really bummed about my recent purchase from House of Fraser. Even though their prices are competitive, I had to fork out £4.99 for postage and another £4.99 for returning the boots that didn't fit me. It just doesn't seem right that I should have to pay for returns when the issue was with the sizing - makes me question their accuracy. This whole situation has left me feeling shortchanged and unhappy about my online shopping choice with them. Not only did I have to pay extra for returning the boots, but I also think the quality control is lacking if they're sending out ill-fitting items. In the future, I'll be checking out other retailers that offer free returns and exchanges to make sure I don't end up wasting more money. I don't mind paying for delivery, but having to pay for returns at House of Fraser doesn't sit well with me - seems like they're taking advantage.
