I've been using this every night for a week — and for naps on the sofa too. Delivery was quicker than I expected for France, nicely packaged and came with those folding tips to get the shape right. At first it felt a bit too soft, needed a poke and a shuffle, but once you sort it you get this cloud-like, properly supportive feel. My grumpy husband even admitted he slept through, which is saying something.
The tiny tweak that made a difference
I took out the smaller insert and that was the trick — slept much better that first night. I have fibromyalgia so I’m sensitive to pillows and I knew straight away when I woke with no headache. It’s not flawless though; there’s a small dip where my head rests that won’t bounce back even after fluffing, but compared with cheap ones I’ve had before this feels properly comfy.
Worth the gamble
Woke up thinking this was worth the gamble. I was hesitant — I'd tried a few brands before and got burned by over‑hyped cooling claims, so I wasn't sure the pillow and cooling blanket would live up to it. The pillow's firmness is dead easy to tweak and it's fine with my apnoea mask, which surprised me. The cooling blanket keeps my temperature steady; I used to wake up hot, now that's rare. Not perfect, but much better than others I've tested. Ordering and delivery were smooth enough, and the price felt fair.
Delivery saga, ended okay
it did turn up in the end. Bit of relief, but the process was annoying and shows the courier's communication is weak. Also, customer support were slow to respond.
