Spotted it in the shop and nearly left, but a helpful assistant sent me to the online store. Ordered there, delivery was fast, service was friendly and I'm quite glad I went for it.
Quick comfy buy
Clicked through the site in minutes, the duvet feels really cosy and light, zips are smooth and fabric nice. Got tracking updates, arrived exactly when they said — would recommend to friends.
No stars until it’s here
I won't give it more stars; the parcel still hasn't arrived. I ordered earlier this week and thought tracking was fine, but for four days DHL emailed about delivery that never happened. Quite frustrating, a wasted wait.
Cosy little win
Honestly, great bargain — I'm proper pleased. I buy Joules bedding here for everyday use, bedsheets and throws, and they still look new after weekly washes. I only shop when Bedeck runs a sale, so it feels like sneaking out with a treat. Worth it.

Worth the gamble
Didn’t know if two different sets would match, and I hesitated because of online photos. I bought the duck-egg blue and the ivory. They’re thick, cosy and proper winter bedding. I use them every night. Felt a bit fancy, but in a good, simple way. Glad I tried them.
Decent Morris bits
Bought a few of their Morris-print cushions — fabric feels solid, colours true, and they sit nicely on the sofa; delivery was quick and packaging tidy. Prices are surprisingly reasonable, so I’ll buy again, though wish more sizes were available next time
Quietly satisfied
I unpacked it after work and only then realised it wasn't just hype — proper weight, decent colours, nothing flimsy. I sleep under it every night now. I was wary at first, but I'm properly pleased.
Kept, despite doubts
Kept them in the end — surprising, I know. I bought these 600tc Egyptian cotton sheets because my back needed better sleep after a move, and although they reeked out the packet (washed twice) and were a nightmare to iron, they do feel solid now, worth the hassle.
Rainy return saga
I kept checking my hallway for the courier. Twice they never showed up. I’ve used this gadget every day for work, so sending it back was annoying. Emails were ignored at first and I nearly gave up. After a moan on chat someone did pick it up and sorted the refund, eventually. Not brilliant service, but at least it ended cleanly, so I’m slightly happier now.
Nearly there, but not quite
I needed a quick fix for a room refresh (we’d just moved and wanted it to look finished), and this set seemed the ticket. The fabric itself is actually nice — felt proper and comfy, a bit of a relief after cheaper stuff — but the description and photos were misleading. The duvet cover is reversible, pillowcases aren’t, despite what the packaging implied, so the look I had in mind fell apart. Delivery was fine and on time, but customer service? They basically shrugged, said they’d pass it on and sent a link to buy the missing pillowcases. Annoying, really.
Purchase of a towel
The ordering and receiving process was fine, but I was quite disappointed with the towel I bought because it had threads coming off from the entire width. Although I know Bedeck Home might not be responsible for this, it was still annoying to get a product that was falling apart right from the start. I didn't want to deal with the trouble of returning it or asking for a replacement, so I just trimmed off the loose threads and hopefully it will be okay. I really hope that Bedeck Home doesn't sell products with problems like this, even though it's not mentioned directly.
Towels purchase at Bedeck Home
I had no idea that buying towels could actually be enjoyable until I visited this wonderful store. The whole ordering process was really easy and stress-free, plus my purchase arrived really quickly. Ashbee Platinium bedding
I recently purchased some new bedding from Bedeck Home in Cheshire Oaks and the lady who assisted us was really friendly and not too pushy. She answered all of our questions without being too intrusive and left us to make our own decisions. The bedding is of excellent quality and feels luxurious. I also treated myself to some matching cushions, which really enhance the overall look of my bed.
Later on, I decided to order a quilted throw online and managed to get a discount on top of the already reduced sale price. It arrived within just a few days and looks fantastic. It has really elevated the appearance of my bed even further! All in all, I couldn't be happier with my shopping experience and I absolutely adore my new items.
