Keith from the Norwich branch brought the mattress over promptly and even threw in some extra tips on getting it set up properly, which wasn't in the instructions. Putting together the bed frame was a breeze, and I'm happy with my purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Mattress Man again in the future.

The customer service over at Mattress Man was absolutely brilliant. The person working at the Stevenage store was really helpful but not at all in-your-face, just like I read in another review. I was so pleased that I could try out a mattress for a whole month and then swap it for a different one within just a week. All in all, a really easy and enjoyable experience.
