decent service, but my payment situation is still hanging. I placed the order last night after finding what I needed, and at first it seemed straightforward — confirmation email, shipping notice — yet the card I use (I shut it down) shows as declined and I’m not sure what they charged. Support said they'd send a new payment link today (someone called Cathy said so), which was reassuring, but I haven't received it. They've been polite and helpful so far; I'm just waiting on that follow-up.
