My sister mentioned Jacaranda after staying at a hotel, and I finally understood the fuss the first time I used mine. Usually I dash from the shower to find clothes because the bathroom is freezing, but this robe changed that little ritual. It feels properly soft, dries me off quickly and stays cosy without being heavy. The moment I sat down with tea in it, I knew it was money well spent. Bit indulgent, maybe, but lovely.
Payment left hanging
decent service, but my payment situation is still hanging. I placed the order last night after finding what I needed, and at first it seemed straightforward — confirmation email, shipping notice — yet the card I use (I shut it down) shows as declined and I’m not sure what they charged. Support said they'd send a new payment link today (someone called Cathy said so), which was reassuring, but I haven't received it. They've been polite and helpful so far; I'm just waiting on that follow-up.
